This is Rochelle's 3rd or 4th time hosting my family at one of her properties in New Orleans. Everything thing is always amazing and the check out is so easy it's almost unbelievable. We'll definitely be back to any property Rochelle hosts and owns.

Our crew was in town for Jazz Fest and this property was centrally located to just about anything we wanted to see/do. Frenchmen, the Quarter, and the Warehouse district were all a 12-15 minute Uber/Lyft away. Each time we travel to New Orleans, we fall a little more in love with the cuisine and friendly people. We can't wait to return!

Let's start with the positives, it was pretty inside and clean. That's it...I messaged the host asking for an early check-in as I am disabled and so is my father and was told that I had to ask the day before and was immediately told no. Prior to check in I was told that if I break any of the house rules I will be charged a large fee and immediately evicted, I'm not sure who these people are lying about the stay but it was absolutely miserable. You are a brisk 4 minute walk from a. PRISON, I'm pretty sure that's where they got the beds from as well as they are the worst I have ever laid on. We also arrived to an active construction zone where they were redoing the backyard and the host lied to me saying they had no idea then refused to answer the phone for support. As for amenities you are offered luxurious 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner and bar soap, no seasoning, no filtered water (tap tasted like fish) and honestly the bare minimum of everything. Hope you don't like taking naps also because there's just some broken blinds and no curtains. Let's not forget there's also a flight of stairs you have to climb to get to one of the bedrooms.

I am sorry you feel this way, when you ask for a late check out, should I have waited a few minutes to say no versus knowing that you cannot check in early that's silliness I did not have early check-in available. Then you should've walked to the building at the end of the street. They would've informed uneducated people that this is a sheriffs office, not a prison.. There's no prisoners it's just a sheriffs office where they keep their cars. They wash their cars and such you should've walked down there. They would've been happy to show you around or talk to you personally before you assume things that are untrue. I'm sorry that you felt that this auto supplies was not good enough for you. Most hostess did not supply toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, and inside we supply ace starter supplies and that is written in the check-in instructions.. Also on the check-in instructions we state if you smoke inside of the home, bring pets or have a party there as a fine. I'm not sure why that bothered her but you'll say there's one and 100 and this is the one that you cannot be happy. I appreciate you staying with us and I hope you found something amazing.

Lovely property with nice amenities and a particularly nicely stocked/organized kitchen. We were a group of old friends gathering for our annual reunion, and the house was the perfect homebase for us, particularly since the spacious dining room and living room gave us places to hangout during a very rainy weekend. We had an easy time accessing the property, and our only question for the host was answered promptly. The place is an easy walk to a nearby Trader Joe's for all your snacking and stocking up purposes! It's a short rideshare ride away from the French Quarter, etc. Or you could hop on the trolley line a couple blocks away.

Great stay

This place is a great little property to stay at while visiting the Big East!!! Super clean and everything you need to have fun. Easy Uber ride to the quarter and the fun down there.

Great Place for Weekend

Beautiful home to stay in! Fence in backyard is broken, and the home isn’t really within walking distance of downtown, but only about a 7-8 min Uber ride. Overall loved our stay!

Spacious with parking

Beautiful living room and kitchen area with plenty of room for 6 to hang out dine comfortably. Very convenient location near restaurants with parking beside the house.

Family trip

Our stay was Fabulous! The house was perfect for my husband and I and our son’s and their spouses. A close Uber ride to everything! Would definitely book here again! We felt safe and was in a quiet neighborhood.

Nice house

Nice house with great yard & parking available. Location is close to downtown New Orleans but in a neighborhood away from tourist destinations. Will rent again.
