Luxe Lodge in Utah - Perfect voor familiebijeenkomsten en zakelijke retraites

Welton Woods is een uitgestrekte lodge die is ontworpen om luxe voorzieningen in de buitenlucht te brengen.

Het is de perfecte plek voor familiereünies, vakanties, werktraining en seminars. De Lodge ligt op een rustieke berghelling boven het stadje Fairview in Utah.

Deze plek is echt zo'n vondst. Welton Woods heeft meer dan 10.000 vierkante voet leefruimte, en we zijn zo enthousiast om het te delen. Het pand biedt de unieke mogelijkheid om een aanzienlijk aantal mensen onder één dak in dezelfde regio onder te brengen. Het ligt dicht genoeg bij de stad om dingen te krijgen die je nodig hebt, maar geïsoleerd genoeg om het gemak van afzondering te bieden.

Slaaparrangementen zijn gemakkelijk gemaakt omdat de lodge 50 personen in bedden slaapt. Acht kamers hebben kingsize bedden en twee stapelbedden met elk 15 slaapplaatsen (voor een totaal van 30 eenpersoonsbedden).

Hier zijn slechts enkele dingen die Welton Woods biedt;

- Een theaterzaal die ook dienst doet als een perfect presentatiegebied omdat het niveaus van banken en hoogwaardige elektronica heeft

-Een ruimte met een speelkamer met een geweldige geïmporteerde pooltafel en tafeltennis. De speelkamer bevindt zich op de onderste verdieping en is gescheiden van de slaapkamers, waardoor het gemakkelijk is om entertainment te huisvesten zonder de woonruimte te verstoren.

- Een bubbelbad en een sauna, wie vindt dat niet leuk? Of het nu is om je warm te houden tijdens de koudere maanden of ontspannen tijdens de warmere, het is leuk om een plek te hebben om weg te sluipen.

- Een grote veranda rondom die uitkijkt op de bomen en het landschap beneden. Het is bedekt. Het biedt plaats aan meer dan 20 personen. De veranda biedt een ideale plek om te dineren of te genieten van elkaars gezelschap.

We hebben foto's van de Lodge, maar eerlijk gezegd doen ze de plek bijna niet eer aan. Het heeft deze geweldige kwaliteit die het ondanks zijn enorme formaat toch gezellig maakt.

Geen check-ins op zondag of op feestdagen.

It was the perfect place for our family gathering of nearly 40 people of all ages. There is a lot of room to spread out and have different activities going on simultaneously. The wrap around deck is amazing! The views are spectacular. It is remote enough that it is a very peaceful setting.

Welton Woods is a beautiful home in Utah! The house is large enough for our family reunion, accommodating adults and children. The spacious living room and balcony are large enough for many to gather, and we especially enjoyed the large dining room table where all of us could eat together. The balcony view is spectacular! Watching the sunset each night was a special treat. With the hot tub, theater and game room, everyone had something to do. Cooking in the large kitchen was easy. Lots of cookware and counterspace available. The property manager is extremely quick to respond to questions and helped make our stay a memorable one.

Perfect Fall Get Away

We loved Welton Woods for our work retreat! It was the perfect fall getaway with all the fun fall colors surrounding the cabin. We loved using the fire pits, watching movies all together in the theater room and cooking in the amazing kitchen. Can't wait to come back again for another work retreat.

Fun family reunion

The property was beyond our wildest imagination! It was so large and had the most gorgeous panoramic views. There was plenty of room for all of our people and the ability to have everyone in the same dining area made our meals special. Two thumbs up!

We had a family reunion here. The house is beautiful, very clean, everything in good condition. Easy communication with property manager. Of note the last part of the drive is a bit steep, AWD is best for this if possible.

Amazing off-Site Retreat!

Brought down a group of 12 leaders from my company for an off-site retreat and it was amazing! We had plenty of space and loved being able to use the kitchen for cooking together and being able to all eat at one table. The lodge had so many wonderful amenities, I feel like I needed to stay another week to be able to use them all! Wonderful stay, beautiful lodge, great location!

Family reunion

A wonderful home big enough to accommodate our 6 married children and our 24 grandchildren with room to spare. It rained several days that we were there so it was nice that there was so much to do inside. Plenty of seating for meals. The large deck provided beautiful views of the valley and a pleasant place to eat. Plenty of parking and a spacious master bedroom and bathroom. Loved our stay.

Wonderful family reunion lodge

Our family of 40 had a wonderful stay at Welton Woods. The location was beautiful. We really enjoyed the view from the deck. The kitchen was great for our big group, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed. The ice maker was a real bonus that we loved. The beds were all comfortable and made up with nice linens. We also had fun with the pool and ping pong tables and the theatre room. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Emma was so great to work with and she was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

Youth group retreat

Took a group of 25+ people up for the weekend and was a perfect setting for outdoors (fire pits) plus lots of indoor activities when it was cold. All the amenities you need to cook for large groups plus plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Didn’t feel like we were crowded at all. The theatre room was great for presentations and guest speakers.

Fantastic Reunion location

This property filled all our needs for our family reunion for 45 people, from toddlers to senior citizens. The kitchen was supplied better than any other vacation rental I have used. There were several places for groups big or small to gather for fun or conversation. The host was helpful and responsive. Thank you!

The Best House for a Men's Leadership Retreat

We hosted 24 men in this fantastic home. There was space for all of us very comfortably. The home was perfect, clean, and set up for us to enjoy. Emma, the host, was the best, supporting us and getting us everything we needed. We love, love, love this house and would love to use it again. Unforgettable White Christmas

Our family shared an unforgettable Christmas experience at the Welton Woods Lodge. The property and location were perfect for our Christmas gathering. The lodge comfortably fit us all and had all the accommodations and fun we could dream of -- from Nativity reenactments by a cozy fireplace to putting together puzzles in the game room and watching Christmas movies in the theatre room. The appliances worked perfectly, the rooms were decorated with fun themes, and the surrounding woods and snow made for some fun family activities. We hope to make Welton Woods a part of our family traditions.

Fantastic as always

We enjoyed a retreat to the mountains for fall break. Our group included my wife, our kids, some close friends, and some of our family members of all ages We had a fantastic time cooking in the spacious kitchen including making chocolate from cocoa beans, cupcake decorating, a chocolate tasting, and amazing breakfasts and dinners. The day was filled with hikes and game time with a few friendly competitions and the kids put on their traditional theater style play. Evenings were filled with spa time in the hot tub and sauna, enjoying our favorite collage football team’s game, the NFL Red Zone and a few movie nights in the theater It snowed and our teens bounced back and forth between the hot tub and building a snowman which was an experience they won't forget We can’t wait to visit again as this has become a favorite for all

Awesome corporate retreat

Welton Wood was an amazing location for our corporate retreat. Beautiful property with all amenities needed. We had a total of 9 people and more than enough room. Very clean and comfortable for cooking, sleeping and enjoying the mountain air and views from balcony. One hour from great hiking at Maple Canyon. One hour from great golf at Palisades Golf Course. Great communications with Emma. Absolutely amazing trip. We will be back next summer!

Unbelievable Views and Lovely home

Our extended family of 27 were so happy to be gathered under one roof for 5 days with space enough for any activity they could imagine, and a kitchen/ deck area to easily accommodate meals. The bunk rooms allowed cousins to hang out together, and the movie room is huge and comfortable for all. We had ping pong tournaments and a dance party and enjoyed the use of the grand piano throughout the week. We will even have special memories of running for cover in the trees when a quick hail storm cut our fire pit evening short. Thank you for sharing this lovely accommodation. We loved our stay!

Work Retreat

My team had crushed it over the past few months, and I had been searching for a way to say," thank you." I thought off a few different ways to show that appreciation, but nothing felt right. A friend of mine told me about Welton Woods and a retreat they had done, so I decided to check the place out and I'm so glad I did. It was awesome to get away for a few days and be away from everything. The views, the cabin, the sauna, the cabin, the movie room, and I could go on. What an amazing time we had! Perfect for Family Reunions

Communication with property manager was amazing. The views are amazing. The house is fully stocked with towels, linens, garbage bags, toilet paper, etc unlike places we've paid more for and had to go get more dish soap and TP because they only provide one days worth. House is incredibly clean and there is room for everyone with chairs and tables all over. The beds were really nice. I felt like they had thought of every comfort we could have wanted. Highly recommend this place! Road up is a bit tricky so follow their directions and plan on staying there for a bit--no need to leave anyways! Great rooms to gather in. Overall exceeded expectations and property management was really impressive.
