Tucked right up on Snowmass Mountain, the Shadowbrook condos have an amazing location offering ski-in/out access. Unit 505 has been recently remodeled with your comfort in mind. The beautiful hickory kitchen cabinets and floor create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the open concept living space. The sectional sofa is a welcome comfort at the end of a day exploring all that Aspen Snowmass have to offer. Settle in and unwind in front of the gas fireplace, share stories over a beverage on the balcony or chat with your traveling companions as you prepare dinner in the fully stocked kitchen. The Shadowbrook condos sit right on the Fanny Hill ski trail allowing for incredibly convenient access to skiing, mountain biking, hiking and all the great shops and restaurants in Snowmass Base Village and Mall.

This two bedroom plus den/3 bath condo is ideal for family or friends traveling together. Each sleeping area offers an en-suite bath for added privacy. The second bedroom offers three separate beds to accommodate a variety of travelers. The master bedroom has a large king bed and both bedrooms feature en-suite baths with separate vanity areas. Master bathroom was remodeled in fall 2025 with spa-like ambiance and modern finishes. The den/dining area becomes a third sleeping area when the accordion door is closed and the queen murphy bed is pulled down from the wall. This room also features a full bathroom. There is elevator access to this top floor unit that offers wonderful vaulted ceilings and a feeling that you are in your own private treehouse!

Guests staying at the Shadowbrook will enjoy the mountain side seasonal outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. All condos have outdoor patios or balconies with gas grill. You can relax by the pool and take in the view of skiers or hikers enjoying Snowmass Mountain or on your balcony while you grill your dinner and enjoy and apres ski/hike beverage. If dining out is your preference the Snowmass Base Village or the Snowmass Mall are just a short stroll away where you will find a number of great restaurants to choose from. Our guests love the convenient access to both villages in Snowmass, as well as to the mountain and all the activities!

Due to the convenience of the Shadowbrook condos in Snowmass, this unit books up quickly year-round. Guests have enjoyed the location, quality and amenities so much they return year after year. We hope you will be come a repeat guest as well!

There is shared ski storage in the upper and lower Shadowbrook buildings near the stairs. There is also lockable storage right outside the unit front door.

***The pool and hot tub area is now open for the summer season, closing on September 29 and re-opening Thanksgiving weekend for the winter. In the event of a closure there will be no refunds or discounts if the amenities are closed due to weather conditions or changes in HOA policy.***

Perfect condo for bachelor trip

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay while celebrating a bachelor party. The location was very convenient getting on and off the mountain and heading into the Snowmass mall. We were also easily able to go into aspen using the busses. We were very comfortable in the condo and would love to come back and stay again!

Great Stay

We loved our stay in Snowmass, property was clean and check in was simple and easy. The condo was great for our family of 6. Plenty of room and the location can't be beat. We will definitely stay here again.

Great unit!

We had the best time on our ski trip and really look forward to coming back. Everything was just perfect, the only critiques I could make would be to have better pillows and nicer linens, however that is being nit picky! Don't hesitate to book this place!

Incredible weekend with friends at ski-in ski-out

Incredible ski-in ski-out right on Snowmass. The parking is located right below the front door so it's super convenient. The 3 bathrooms is really great, especially if you stay with the full number of people. We enjoyed the hot tub which was pretty much empty the whole time, and the place is a short drive from Clark's market, a nice grocery store that has basically anything you'd need.

Great Condo

The condo was a fantastic retreat after 3 days of camping and trail running in the beautiful Snowmass high country. We were pleasantly surprised with the 'third bedroom' in the dining area complete with Murphy bed, full bath, and privacy sliding door! The kitchen was great and the washer/dryer was a great amenity for those that flew in and packed light. We were worried it might be a tight squeeze for our group of 8 but there was plenty of room for all of us. The grotto hot tub was absolutely perfect for trail running recovery!

Terrific Condo

This condo exceeded my expectations for a large family and 1 guest. There were plenty of beds and great couch with chair for everyone to find a place to sit. The place was clean, pool was clean with 2 hot tubs. One for those that don’t like it hot, and one for those that do like it hot. Location was spot on for nearby shopping and so close to the gondola. It was one of our best vacations. I typically don’t feel comfortable texting or emailing the host with questions. But on this trip I ended up asking them questions all the time. For instance, pizza recommendation. They responded so quickly to everything! The guide book on app was handy too. I would definitely stay here again!

The SHADOWBROOK

Our condo was fine . They need to upgrade the 1960’s drip coffee maker! Keurig or Nespresso would be better. It seems all the condos are dated.Convenience to slopes excellent! Our stay would have been better if we had a functioning elevator.Our last 4 days the elevator was dysfunctional. Walking up two flight of stairs was not fun! They need to get a new elevator!I’ve been going there for many years since ITrip took over it has not been the same. The Romero GroupObviously only cares about making money.May consider other options for next year!

ski in/ski out vacation

This two bedroom condo (also with a Murphy bed in the dining area) was very comfortable and appeared newly re-modeled and appointed with a well equipped kitchen, granite counter tops, and new appliances. Bathrooms were fine. Big new flat screen TV in living area. I was able to control the temperature to my liking. Window looks out to a hill and trees and is sufficiently private; if standing next to it, you can see the ski hill and the sunrise. Being on the third, top level, one takes an elevator down to the hot tub and to the ski locker about 25 ft from Fanny Hill--one of my favorite parts. Convenient to the Base Village and Mall via the Sky Cab or walking on the sidewalk. We really enjoyed the condo and its location, and would not hesitate to book it again.

Shadowbrook 505 review

Very nice property and really easy check-in process and information flow. Only issue was HVAC. It was too warm in the condo and adjustments to the thermastats had no effect. It wasn't a big enough issue to call in. Another external issue: there was ice on the outside stairs on the slope side. it made the stairs a little dangerous.
