Le charme est ce que vous trouverez dans notre Dockside Retreat Suite au rez-de-chaussée. Vous apprécierez la chambre lumineuse avec lit king-size et le salon au bord du lac. Vous pouvez vous détendre et profiter de la vue sur le lac sur votre terrasse au bord du lac. Idéal pour les couples ou ceux qui voyagent ayant besoin d'un matelas pneumatique pour une personne supplémentaire.
L'équipement comprend: une chambre séparée, une grande salle de bains privative avec baignoire / douche et un salon avec télévision par câble à écran plat, lecteur DVD, accès Internet sans fil, avec cafetière Keurig, kitchenette et coin repas. L'aire de pique-nique, le lac, le bain à remous communautaire et le quai sont à quelques pas de votre terrasse. Anciennement appelé Maryland Suite.

Il existe un bordereau de quai de bateau qui PEUT être disponible. Vous devez demander pour voir si cela est disponible pour vos dates.

Great little place to stay right next to the lake. We took our daughter and she loved being able to use the splash pad in the lake and the hot tub in the evening. Peaceful place to make memories, and also not far from Branson for even more fun. Planning to go back in the future!

We did just check our lock log and it appears the home was indeed cleaned and finished prior to your arrival, but the cleaning team came back to deliver soft soap to the suite, since the suite was running low. My rating is partly due to the host and the other part on the property. The directions were not clear. The town had Holister and GPS had Ridgedale. I called and asked for clarification and was still told Holister. Not correct. Then I was sent step by step directions coming from Branson. I was already. I wasn’t even going to be in that vicinity. The lock code didn’t work. Had to call for the 3rd time. Property itself was pretty however the walls were thin and you could hear everything from other people staying there. No local TV only streaming.

Property had a hot tub but it had been shut down. Pictures were a little different. All in all it worked great for what we needed.

Great spot but...

Ok the place is nice and right on the water but, it has no closet to hang your clothes. Also the foliage just outside the door is a mosquito heaven and sholud be removed or replaced with some kinda of mosquito repellent type plant.

Nice location on the lake. But an awful skunkish odor and every footstep of 2nd level guests could be heard. Needs room darkening curtains in bedroom and new blinds to patio. Spider webs near sink and in bathroom. Cannot control heating or cooling; was set at 70.

Being on the lake does sometimes require it to be serviced in between. The thermostats are adjustable. We would have been happy to assist you with adjusting the temps if we would have been aware you were having a hard time with it. We do get great reviews on this home. Dockside

The Dockside Suite is a quiet getaway located on Table Rock Lake. It is located far enough outside of the business of Branson's tourism but close enough to anything you want and enjoy a beautiful, scenic drive to and from Branson. The suite was perfect for the two of us with a King Size bed, nice sized bathroom with a tub/shower. The kitchen/living area was a little disappointing. I was expecting a little more from the kitchen. The refrigerator is a small under counter fridge with no freezer or ice machine. There are 2 coffee makers (Keurig and a small 2 cup maker). There was coffee there but no filter. There is a 2-burner electric stove, a microwave, and a sink. There are plenty of cups, glassware wine glasses and flatware. Under the sink there are pots, pans, a skillet and even a blender. What they didn't have was a toaster, but they do now. We bought an inexpensive toaster and left it there for future guests to enjoy. Communication was excellent and check in and out was a breeze. We also loved having access to the hot tub. I would definitely stay there again.

Misleading and far from relaxing

I will start off with saying that the inside is well finished, but that was about the only positive of the stay. The description of the location is very misleading and be advised that the one barn hosts many visitors at once. My biggest complaint of our stay was the fact that there was more effort put into finishing looks rather than comfortability. The walls/ceilings lack proper reinforcing and insulation, every step from above makes loud snapping noise from supporting walls. I was woke up multiple times to tenants above arguing and using the restroom (sounded as if they were in our bedroom using the toilet). The disruptions got to the point that we cut our trip short one day just to go home and get some rest. Outside of the housing was an absolute mess, downed trees and branches everywhere that looked as if they had been there for months. I sat on the patio multiple mornings to enjoy a cup of coffee but it was cut short due to every time a tenant above would come out on the porch debris would fall down on top of me. The hot tub is shared with all tenants, so most nights it had 4+ people in it making it unusable. Parking was a mess most nights. If I could rate it zero stars i would. I have been waiting for a call from Rent Branson management for days and have not received anything as of yet.

We are very transparent that the barn houses multiple suites, and that you may hear or see other guests during your stay. I do apologize for any storm damage that you encountered during your stay. We experienced a horrible storm directly before your arrival that left hundreds in our area without power, and many homes with extensive damage. Nice location, bring your own toilet paper

2 rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay, would have been nice to know we needed to bring our own toilet paper! Felt like penny-pinching and doesn't make you feel very welcome as a guest. Blanket smelled like B.O., dishes were dirty. Tried to call and text the local numbers listed for the people who manage the property day to day and got no response. no one ever called or got back to me. I finally got a hold of someone from the branson rental company. The locations is very nice, although the road in from one side was flooded, it would have been nice for them to inform guests, as it added another 30 minutes to our long trip in an area with limited cell phone coverage for map support. The lake is beautiful and right outside the door of the unit, the hot tub was nice.
