Appartement de luxe situé dans le centre-ville, à seulement 2 min à pied de la plage et à 10 min à pied de la vieille ville de Rhodes. Complete and clean apartment at an ideal location

We had a warm welcome by Costas and Mary. There was fruit and coffee and tea, water and some groceries available. We didn't need to go shopping the first day. We had a rental car and that was ideal. Parking space available in the neighbourhood. The apartment is 5 minutes walking distance from a beach and restaurants and shops. A very clean and complete accomodation. We will return here for sure!

Rhodes Adventure

we stayed at this apartment two weeks ago and it exceeded all of our expectations. Mary and Costas greeted us at our arrival and showed us everything we needed to know to make our stay PERFECT!! The apartment was immaculate, roomy and everything worked to perfection. Mary and Costas had fruit, wine, water, and snacks for us and i mean enough to last for the week. the apartment was within walking distance to everything! Bars, restaurants, shops, etc. The beaches were right there as advertised. I am in the hospitality industry working primarily with 5 Star hotels and Resorts...the hospitality we received from Mary and Costas exceeded that of most of our stays in those resorts. I can assure you that when we go back to Rhodes we will always stay at this property. Mary/Costas thank you for making our stay memorable you truly are the BEST hosts!! I have recommended this property to everyone we have talked to, there are no guarantees in life, but i can guarantee you that you will not be disappointed in this property or with these hosts. Een schitterende vakantiewoning

We maakten onmiddellijk kennis met de gastvrijheid van de Griekse bevolking, de eigenaars hadden ons namelijk verwelkomd met 2 flessen wijn en een verse fruitmand. Het zijn héél vriendelijke mensen, je mag er alles aan vragen en niets is hen teveel. Het appartement ziet er exact uit zoals op de foto's, alles is nieuw en van goede kwaliteit en het is er ruim en héél proper. In de keuken is alles aanwezig, zoals potten en pannen, genoeg bestek, toaster, zelfs een crocque monsieur toestel. De ligging is perfect, op 3 min. wandelen van het strand, 15 min. naar de oude stad. Er zijn meer dan genoeg restaurants en winkels in de buurt. Wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van het openbaar vervoer om ons te verplaatsen, dit ging heel goed. Op sommige plaatsen had je om de 20 min. een bus. Rhodos is een hélé mooie stad, er is voor ieder wat wils zoals cultuur opsnuiven, de vlindervallei bezoeken, steden zoals Simi bezoeken met de ferry, maar ook avontuurlijke zaken zoals een jeepsafari of duiken. We hadden een geweldige vakantie en dit appartement is zeker een aanrader.

We are born in Rhodes and had finished the publick and High school here at the island. For some years we had lived in Athens where we were studying . Mary has got her diploma in French language and Costas got his diploma in Bussines administration. Costas was working in a Bank and Mary as a clerk at a private bussiness here in Rhodes where we had met and married .
The name Kallia of the apartment is the nickname of Calliope and the name of Mary's mother.
In Greek mythology, Calliope is the eldest of the nine Muses who presides over eloquence and epic poetry, so called, from the ecstatic harmony of her voice.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

This property was passed down from Mary's parents to us. On October of 2019 , we decided to completely renovate the apartment and to rent it as a holiday apartment to those people who like to make their summer holidays closed to the sea in a modern and cosy apartment in an island like Rhodes.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The apartment was finished on March of 2020 and we did fall in love with it, and every friend and relative said we had to stay there and enjoy it . Everything in this apartment is completely new and modern in a "minimal design"and bright color. Smart TV in every room and High speed internet either WiFi and cable.Cosy living room and nice balconies where you may enjoy your cold drink or coffee. And when outside is really hot, you will enjoy the fresh atmosphere of the apartment or if you prefer in 2 minutes walking distance you will jump into the sea to feel the freshness of the sea. For all these and even more, I would choose this property for my summer holidays over any other .
