Why they chose this property

I have wanted my own personal woods since I was a child; there is something so magical about being alone in the trees. This property was unique in that it is very long and narrow with three distinct areas: the house/garden/outbuildings by the road, then the pastures, and then the woods.

What makes this property unique

The house was gutted when we bought it, so what you see is all new, but we chose the fixtures, cabinets, and flooring (yes, that hardwood flooring is new!) to keep with a country farmhouse feel.

Covered outdoor spaces are a must in an area with this much rain, so the covered front porch and covered back deck are two of my favorite features.
