Cozy Cove Inn si trova entro i limiti della città Homer nella bella tranquilla Crestview Estates, solo una panoramica passeggiata a due miglio sulla Skyline Drive; circa 5 miglia dalla spiedo. La locanda si affaccia su campi, Capo Douglas, Kachemak Bay State Park, e Kachemak Bay. A seconda del periodo dell'anno, lupini sono in fiore, o fireweed luminose con molti altri fiori colorati. Durante l'estate, si può facilmente prendere una varietà di passeggiate; durante i mesi più freddi, si può andare sci di fondo a destra dal ponte. Homer Alaska è riempito con un sacco di meravigliose attività all'aperto.

La casa principale è disponibile tutto l'anno come per le vacanze privato. Coppie godere per un commpletely appartato, tranquillo rifugio. E 'anche bello per due coppie, famiglie o un paio di amici in grado di raccogliere durante i periodi speciali. Godetevi la grande sala con soffitti alti cattedrale, parete di roccia e camino con ponte sole tra cui barbecue, pranzo all'aperto e sedie Adirondack. Amerete il grande, bello, cucina ben attrezzata con armadi hickory e granito. Accanto a che si trova un grande dimensioni tavolo da pranzo in rovere famiglia che può ospitare fino a 12 persone.

C'è un totale di due grandi camere da letto e sei letti nella casa principale. La camera da letto è arredata con un letto bellissimo Amish Tempurpedic king size, cassettiera, TV a grande schermo, centro di intrattenimento, e un grande bagno con vasca idromassaggio, doccia, e porta che separa. Perfetto per una coppia, ma un AEROBED doppia può anche essere configurato. La seconda camera piano ha un controllo a distanza regina ortopedico, due letti singoli, un bagno con doccia e ripiani in granito, con centro di intrattenimento e sede di amore. Si può facilmente impostare una doppia Aerobed nella zona soppalco. Un AEROBED regina può essere installato in salotto accanto agli scaffali del libro. La casa principale ha anche una lavanderia con bagno di servizio, e durante i mesi invernali si può parcheggiare l'auto nel garage dal freddo.

Check in was very easy and host left cookues and made us feel very welcomed. Bery high wnd appliances in great condition. Beautiful rooms with comfy beds. All furniture was very relaxing and plenty of places to sit. Juccizzi tub and sauna were nice to use. Fully functional kitchen that we used often. Loved the little extras like fresh ground coffee, biscotti, hand lotion, shampoo, creme rinse, body wash, scented candles, really nice large load washer and dryer. Best of all was the Fantastic views from all the windows and from sitting on the deck. Grill was also a nice addition for cooking. Landscape around the house was gorgeous. Would definitely recommend this place to stay and would absolutely love to stay here again. Macella is a wonderful host. 10 out of 5!! Rhank you.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

Marcella is the perfect host. Property and location everything we had hoped for. Communication was excellent. We haven't told her yet, but we're hoping to return in a couple of years. If you're worried that the property is not as advertised... DON'T. Property is everyting the photos show.

This property is fantastic. Beautiful house with all amenities. Very grateful to Marcella, owner, for making so much available, all paper products, so many spices, Starbucks coffee, lovely cookies on arrival and many more items. And for any question Marcella was there to help.

Perfect Getaway

The Main House at Cozy Cove Inn was an wonderfully relaxing stop in an epic vacation. The house was not only perfectly stocked with everything we needed and more, the quality of everything in the house was amazing. I miss that king-sized tempurpedic bed already! We had a lot of fun in Homer, but with the house being so nice, we carved out a day to just be "home." Thank you, Marcella, for many wonderful memories in your beautiful house!

THE BEST VRBO we have ever stayed at. Beautiful home, so clean, so new and gorgeous gardens.

We have traveled for over 40 years and this is #1 of all of them. The owner is so nice and her home is the home we all wish we could live in. So Clean, so current, and a great location. Close to downtown but far enough from the noise. And the price is extremely reasonable. This is where you need to stay.

Beautiful and well kept property!

Gorgeous home inside and outside!! The owner really takes pride in taking care of the property on the inside and outside. We felt very comfortable like we were at home. It was nice and warm inside the house. Beds were comfortable. It was a great 11 days, 10 nights spent in a beautiful, comfortable home!! Would definitely go back there!

Amazing house, Amazing view!!!

This was the perfect getaway for a Thanksgiving dinner. A large kitchen and gorgeous house. The winter sunset in Homer is breathtaking. We were more than pleased with everything.

Beautiful home with fantastic kitchen and lots of space. Quiet yet convenient.

Beautiful upscale home. Our group made meals and grilled out on the large deck. Ample supply of upscale linens, towels etc. Nicest of several home we stayed at while in Alaska. Owner very helpful.

I stayed in Cozy cove inn Main house for two days. It was an airy, bright and woody home. Maybe it doesn't have the best view on the hilltop, but it was one of the best place I have stayed. (I have been stayed in over 20 properties from vacasa to airbnb). Very beautiful home and everything feels new. Marcella's decoration for the home makes it very functional, the kitchen is spacious and well equipped with highend appliances. Plenty high quality places and bowls. There are sofas in different shape in the living space with sonos speakers easy to connected. The deck is open and edgeless, it overlooks the mountains at the end of the sight with a wide slice bay view. The well maintained garden offers the tranquility enticing you to a mountai top yoga. Well, I don't want to over speak in the comments, but obviously it has been 5 star reviewed in TripAdvisor for years. I didn't know it as I booked it from homeaway.

Marcella Suydam originally moved to Seldovia, Alaska, a town located across the bay from Homer, nearly four decades ago. In this small town, she and her husband Lowell raised their four children, with the whole family including their cat and dog traveling each summer to commercial salmon fish on their seiner in the Chignik area.

After deciding to retire from this lifestyle, Marcella moved across the bay and purchased what is now Cozy Cove Inn. While she used to live in the view (as her Seldovian friends would say) she now gets to enjoy that view along with the numerous activities Homer provides.

Marcella makes it of upmost importance to provides accommodations the help her guests have an excellent experience during their special Alaskan vacation.
