This property is in a quiet neighborhood; close to everything. The house is well-stocked; beds are very comfortable, and clean home. Loved the multiple patios and available chairs to sit in and enjoy the view.
This was a perfect spot for our Santa Fe trip. Home was beautiful, clean, and full of everything needed. I just wish check in & out could have been easier with a coded front door. Their process is simple but seems unnecessary.
This place is beautiful, really loved it. Great views, kitchen with everything you could ask for, nice beds. Only improvement would be for check in to be easier. You need to drive to another location to get keys and again to return them. Guess I’m used to smart locks other properties have.
This rental was top-drawer in every way: The location was near the Plaza, but very private and quiet. The home was mid-century modern right out of Goldfinger...amazing furniture, too! Rental property management was excellent, too. Great communication. My teenage son said, "Dad, we HAVE to come back here." Truth! Jonathan from Houston
Since we have small children it was essential that our accommodations be somewhere we would want to spend time and also located near things we wanted to enjoy. This home checked those boxes. It was a quick drive to town and other attractions. The home had a lovely view and was set up as a fully functioning place we could enjoy our downtime. The decor was very fun and in keeping with the mid century vibe.

We will book every time we go to Santa Fe.
We will book every time we go to Santa Fe. It's almost our very own desert vacation home. We loved it that much. Everyone I spoke with was attentive, professional, and great communication skills.
The 1960s style home was amazing. The structure has not been renovated, but has been well cared for. The interiors are beautifully done, and comfortable. Plenty of room for 4 of us to spread out. The yard, deck and views to the west were fabulous. The location felt private and rural even though the Plaza was less than 5min drive.
This would have been a five star review but for the management company. I did not receive arrival info until the day of our trip. Check in involved having to drive into town to pickup keys from their office. On arrival to the office, (after 6 hours in the car) the keys were not in the drop box as planned. We had to wait for someone to bring them to us. There were no comforters or extra blankets anywhere in the house and the nights were quit cold. Management found 1 twin duvet and brought over a blanket. When I tried to run the dishwasher, there was no dishwasher soap. Again they brought some over the same day.
The people I interacted with were very gracious and apologetic.
Booking a house of this class, I expected a combination lock or lockbox for entry. And in a climate like this, down comforters should be automatic for each bed.
I would love to stay here again if these issues are addressed and the management company gets more organized.
