Welcome to Mountain Utopia, your exclusive holiday rental perched serenely within the beautiful landscapes of Queenstown in the state of Otago. This luxury retreat caters to your every need, providing space for up to 12 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms, boasting scenic mountain and city views.

The heart of Mountain Utopia resides within the living area with a cosy fireplace, a grand dining room and an airy kitchen. Here you will find modern appliances and culinary necessities, including a coffee machine, microwave, slow cooker and more, making your home-cooked meals a treat.

The property’s sophisticated bedrooms represent ultimate comfort. The first bedroom offers a private sanctuary with its own ensuite.

Relax in the huge hot tub under the stars, barbecue on the private balcony or enjoy accessible mountain bike storage and ski storage for exciting outdoor adventures.

Great spot

We had a group of 8 stay in Queenstown for a golf trip - place was perfect - clean, modern, BBQ, coffee machine, plenty of living space, plenty of beds, great view, short walk to town - spa and table tennis were a bonus. Couldn't have been better would definitely book again!

Perfection in Queenstown

Stayed here for our weekend away with friends from Australia. Perfect walking distance to town and to the bus stop. The house itself is gorgeous and spacious. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need. And the hot tub is just what you need on a cold night. Thank you

Lived up to every expectation. Warm and spacious, with very comfortable beds. Faulty dishwasher was inconvenient but not a major. After a days skiing always looked forward to coming back to this lovely home.
