Surf Song is an Incredible Beachfront Villa that sits directly on the sugary sand of Panama City Beach. Home is approximately 3000 square feet with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All 3 levels of the home have beachfront balconies with awesome views. Sleeps 20!

Enjoy sun-bathing or relax in the fabulous SWIM-SPA from your 500 ft2 deck. SWIM-SPA is a small swimming pool to cool off!!!

Excellent layout for large groups! Kitchen is fully furnished with everything you will need. Large kitchen table seats 8 for your large groups to dine. Home also boasts garage parking. Come make memories and enjoy this wonderful home with your family. The relaxed life at the beach awaits!

Home is located just east of The Summit and very close to many restaurants: Schooner's Beach Bar and Restaurant, Montego Bay, Scampi's, Captain Jack's Seafood Buffet and many other restaurants. Home is also just a short 5-minute drive to St. Andrews Bay and the world-famous Captain Anderson's Restaurant, The Boat Yard, The Treasure Ship, and much more. House is absolutely beautiful. It was a wonderful stay. Right on the beach and the rental was great. The only thing that was not great was the bar and grill across the street. It was loud music until 2am. I would still recommend staying at any of Ben’s Beach Rentals.

This fit our family of 16 perfectly! Well stocked, and the perfect location on PCB. The little ones loved the pool in the mornings before our beach days started. Alibi’s bar across the street was a fun evening hangout. Already planning our next stay! One thing that could need attention is the toilet on the 3rd floor, did not flush well. Overall, we loved this house!

Everything we asked for

Owner worked with us on every thing we needed. Very clean inside and someone came regularly to check pool. Kids loved the pool. Easy access to the beach. Deck big enough for Hibachi entertainment.

This house was exactly what we needed and more. The management was easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. We had 18 with us and we was not on top of each other at all. Lots of room and i am booking again next year!..highly recommend this property as it is the first time i have booked the same place twice.

Best family vacation

Our family of 9 rented Surf Song in April. From the moment we stepped in, we were so happy with the accommodations. The house is literally steps to the whitest and softest beach sand ever. The photos are exactly as they are depicted. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We can't wait to go back to Surf Song.

BEACH VIEW GALORE

Loved the Property. Spacious for A Large Group. Convenient to Popular Attractions. We enjoyed sitting on the Patio watching our boys play on the beach.10/10 House being directly on the beach. The master bedroom is very nice with jacuzzi tub. You can sit on the balcony or lay in the bed and watch the sunset. Definitely will stay here again.

This was our second time staying here. It is the perfect house for our family that ranges in age from 4 to 80. We love the quite location on the East end. Love love love!

Surf song family vacation

If you want a place that you literally walk off the deck onto the beach, this is it. The hot tub was great although not all jets worked. The weather was cold and the family spent a lot of time in the hot tub. The views are awesome and the bedrooms are set up well. Great place. Needs a bit of maintenance but overall a great place!

Family Vacay Spring '23

Overall, excellent experience. Spacious, great bedroom/bath set-up, directly on the beach and close to plenty of places to shop or eat. Only minor complaints would be limited parking for a house that can sleep 20, too few towels (including no beach towels), and the integrated pool/spa is not as shown on the website. Despite these few minor issues, we would highly-recommend and will consider returning in the futute!

Bens Beach Home 8011A Surf Drive

House was wonderful! Located directly on beach! Family of 10 had plenty of room and their own space and our dog Bentley too. Strongly recommend Alibi Lounge Bar and Grill just right across the street, their Mahi Tacos, wings, grilled shrimp and service was sooo good! Only drawback we had was the pool broke on Day 2 of our stay and wasn’t fixed til the day before we left. Was told we would get a refund for the pool, we just ended buying a little kiddie pool for the grandbabies, which they enjoyed anyway. Already looking forward to booking for next year. The grandboys loved the beach and hunting sand crabs. Memories were made ❤️

Renewal of our vows

We had a great time considering the rain trying to get to the beach before it started again. The house was perfect big and spacious.we had everything that we needed to cook we just had to go to the store for food which wasn’t but a hop and a skip to go to. There are plenty of restaurants close by ,Ridley and wonder works was but 5 minutes away and other places to ride rides and raise carts are just a couple of minutes away and my crew loved the hot tub and playing on the beach we look forward to visiting again sometime soon we will be back . I give a big thank you I messaged about how to start the hot tub he was there in seconds to show me we absolutely loved our vacation stay and Ann so happy we picked this house thank you again

Best vacation EVER

Everything was almost perfect for our stay here! The oven does not work, but that’s ok Bc we didn’t need it! The house definitely needs some renovations and is outdated but n several places (ex: cracked tile and dented in subfloor in front of fridge, hand rail to the stairs fell off the first day, deck need updated, and the swim spa is a giant hot tub. But I didn’t care about any of that stuff! The area is beautiful, the house is very nice (excluding the minor renovation needs) and clean! Any questions I had the property manager was quick to respond.. rent this house, I promise you won’t regret it!!

Cleaning Lady

After a 13 hour drive we arrived at the house very tired. We were a couple hours early and the cleaning lady’s vehicle was parked in the garage. I went inside and the house appeared to be ready. I didn’t see anyone in the house so I went outside and some other guest told me they were cleaning two houses down. I went over and meet Michael. He was extremely nice and helpful. Michael called the office and we were allowed to start unpacking. The cleaning lady gave us nasty looks and told my 80 year old mother that we weren’t supposed to be in there with and attitude. Maybe a better way for her to handle is, I see you have arrived early, I have a few things left to do but please come in and I’ll work around you. Enjoy your stay and thank you for choosing us for your family vacation. Grace always works better.

Amazing view

My family and I were blown away when we arrived with the view. It was amazing. There was plenty of room for my big family. My grandchildren loved having the pool and being on the beach too. Our first day, however, was inconvenienced by workers replacing the main door to enter the house. The workers were very nice and accommodating to our needs. The deck was cluttered with outdoor furniture that was not usable. The kitchens oven was not working, which was not good for what we had bought for a couple of our dinners. There were 2 microwaves. The built in one didn't work which is probably why there was a small countertop one. The refrigerator was not clean. I don't want to make our stay sound bad. The management had workers trying to fix these inconviences and always responded to my texts or calls. I realize that these kinds of things happen. The positives outweighed the negatives and none of the easily fixable problems stopped us from having a great time. This was my first time staying with Bens Beach homes and would definitely give them the benefit of the doubt and use them again.

Cockroaches

We checked in on Saturday with two other families. On Sunday, one room woke up to a large cockroach on the curtain in the second floor master bedroom and another one came flying out of that room’s sink. We called our property contact immediately and they told us that someone would be out with traps on Monday and an exterminator would be out on Tuesday. On Monday, they came and put the traps on the counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms, which apparently isn’t even where they are supposed to go. So we spent the rest of the vacation seeing the unsightly traps. Also on Monday, we discovered cockroach #3 in the second floor master bedroom. On Tuesday, nobody showed up to spray. Nobody called to tell us they weren’t coming. On Wednesday night, we called our contact back to complain. They basically told us we were overreacting and that they are palmetto bugs. A quick Google search told us that a palmetto bug is the exact same thing as a cockroach. At this point, they offered to refund us $150 out of the almost $6,000. Half of the guests wanted to leave at this point due to the roaches and the contact’s rudeness. On Thursday, the management company showed up to spray with a spray that we could have bought at Walmart. The man came into the kitchen and sprayed while two of us were making breakfast for the families. He didn’t ask us to step aside or cover the food. On Friday, we woke up to cockroach #4 and #5. We immediately packed up and left. Terrible experience.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT

The pictures of this property look great. They are obviously not recent. There were so many issues. I was embarrassed as my kids and grandkids arrived. We immediately called to complain about the scum and dirt still in the pool. Took 3 trips by the pool cleaner to get it clean enough to swim in, so it was not usable the first day and a half. Then the pump shut down. That was repaired day 3. The grill was filthy. They came back to clean it. The washer was also worked on. We had alot of interruptions to our family visit because of this. There were so many other issues we did not report because we didn't want anymore interruptions. There was a large gap between the railing and the pool that our 1 year old grandson almost fell through. The pool guy wedged an old piece of wood in the spot to "fix" it. There is a bar directly across the street that plays music late and reverberates through the walls into the back bedrooms. Loud enough to hear the words of the song. Great if you want your kids singing along instead of sleeping. We were not made aware of this before we arrived. Kitchen oven has lots of rust. Several cabinets screwed shut. There is no hood vent in he kitchen. We had to nail back down several nails or screws on the deck. Furniture on the deck in bad shape. Table had half of the paint peeled off. Chair had a broken leg. Many more things that you would not expect after spending so much$$. There was plenty of space and beds. Beach was great.

Location was great! House was very nice and accommodating.

Great time with family. Only issue was kitchen cabinets were very dirty and silverware drawers needed to be cleaned. And all TV remotes did not work properly. View of beach was amazing! Even though there was a few housekeeping issues we had a great week and would stay again!

Beautiful location

Beautiful location, pictures on web site need updated. This is not the pool that is onsite. For our group it worked out well but some may want the hot tub separated like it is in picture. Hot tub only has one set of jets that work. Screen on hot tub does not work. Sadly the property needs some tlc. You can tell the property is well used and not much time spent on cleaning and preventative maintenance to keep wood in good shape and keep property looking it’s best. I am a bit ocd so the place got a good bleaching and I went in between the houses and picked up two bags worth of bottles, cans & trash where people don’t seem to know how to throw things away & keep things nice. Sad when it’s such a beautiful place in the perfect location.
