This newly built and professionally designed space welcomes solo travelers on business, couples seeking a weekend escape, or those in search of an extended stay. Revel in the comfort of a single bedroom featuring a cozy queen-size bed and smart TV which you can stream from your own accounts. The living room offers a Queen size sofa sleeper. Enjoy a pristine full bath, laundry facilities, and the convenience of keyless entry for a seamless stay. Bring your canine companion (no cat). We also offer The Greyhound Suite B located next to The Graduate if you are in need of another apartment (traveling with family, friends or work colleagues). Structure parking on 3rd St and Lake ($3.50 a day/night) is encouraged or street metered parking (download Passport Parking App) check hours please. We look forward to your stay!

The Graduate is a wonderful place to stay! I highly recommend!! The location is close to restaurants, bars, art museum, shops and the lake- you can watch the sunrise over the water from the living room while enjoying a lovely cup of coffee!If in Racine again will definitely stay here.

Great weekend trip!

Property was great. Was a very cozy layout and was walking distance to a lot of places to eat, explore and go out for drinks. Everything was very clean and was a perfect layout for my wife and I.

Just what I wanted, a nice, clean, cozy place to stay during a downtown Racine winter event over a weekend. Nice and private and perfect for two people.

The stairs are extremely steep, so if mobility is at all an issue this is not the spot for you. The place itself was as advertised and worked perfectly for us. You can even see the lake from the window.

Great property, close to the waterfront and right in the heart of downtown. Good restraunts nearby! Much quieter than staying in downtown MKE and a 40 min drive to do the things we wanted to do in MKE.

Perfect spot for a getaway!

We really enjoyed the location to fun shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the Ivanhoe Irish Pub. Angela answered any questions we had and gave us some great tips for things to do in the area! The space is newer, nicely decorated, and very clean! There was a long flight of stairs to reach the home, but well worth it!!

Downtown Racine

Our second stay in under a month. Location and property were wonderful. We used nearby parking ramp which was only $2 per 24 hours. We would recommend this spot when visiting Racine. Host is really nice and quick to respond to anything. 👍

Wonderful Experience at The Graduate!

I truly enjoyed my stay at this excellent property! Very comfortable, everything as advertised, excellent amenities. Angela was a great host, very responsive and helpful. Thanks again Angela! I only wish that I had more time to explore Racine, I'll definitely be back!

This beautiful and unique unit was perfect for my daughter and me. She LOVED the high ceilings and location. We went to the beach and the zoo. Absolutely wonderful and it was clean and well-stocked!
