This ground-floor condo eliminates the hassle of stairs or elevators, making it incredibly convenient. Step out onto your spacious, private patio from the living room or the primary bedroom and soak in breathtaking views of the beautifully landscaped pool area and the beach beyond. The full kitchen is fully equipped, ideal for crafting delicious meals or packing a cooler for your beach day.



With tasteful decor and recent updates, Commodore 107 has a cozy coastal vibe that will make your Gulf Coast escape truly special. Don’t miss your chance to create lasting memories in this perfect Gulf-front sanctuary!

THE SPACE

✔ Bedrooms: The master/primary bedroom has a King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, gulf-front patio access, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a full-size bed, a closet, and a flat-screen TV.

✔ Bathrooms: The primary/master bathroom features a vanity and tub/shower combination. The second/guest bathroom has a vanity and a walk-in shower.

✔ Living Room: This spacious living room features a sofa and loveseat with built-in recliners, plus a flat-screen TV for family entertainment or relaxing evenings.

✔ Kitchen: This stunning, newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped to prepare all your favorite meals. There is seating at the bar for two, as well as a dining table with seating for six.



GUEST PERKS

As our guest, you’ll enjoy exclusive access to:

✔ A seasonally heated outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and hot tub

✔ Basketball and shuffleboard courts for laid-back fun

✔ Responsive local host available throughout your stay



$300 FREE Activities: Guests will receive one complimentary admission to each of our select activities per day. You can attend all of these activities every day, and one person will be free each day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.



So yes, you may choose to play a round of golf in the morning (one person is free) and then enjoy a Dolphin Cruise that afternoon (one person is free). Alternatively, you may choose to visit WonderWorks with the kids in the morning (one person is free), while your husband can play golf (one person is free). Then you can meet up that afternoon for the dolphin cruise (one person is free). You may participate in some or ALL of the select activities every day, and one person from your party is free each day!

Wonderful

This is the best resort and condo. We come back year after year. The condo is clean, all necessities in the condo and so convenient being on the first floor. The beds are comfortable and the recliners in the living room are perfect for watching tv. The commodore resort has a wonderful pool and hot tub. Beachfront is easy access with beach loungers. You will enjoy your stay!!

Great location

This condo was perfect for our family. The best thing about it was that it was on the ground floor which allowed us to go back and forth to the pool and beach with ease! It was very clean and we had great communication with host. The only thing I would recommend is getting a new mattress in the master bedroom. It wasn’t uncomfortable, but SO loud. Whenever you move or turn over it was so noisy.

We had an incredible experience from start to finish! The booking process was smooth and personal, everyone we spoke with was kind and helpful. I especially appreciated the prompt text responses to my questions before arrival. On check-in day, Gerald called to let us know our rental was ready and made sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness didn’t stop there, he even helped us locate a lost item on check-out day! The home itself was beautiful, well-stocked, and in a fantastic location. The customer service, amenities, and overall experience were top-notch. We’ll definitely be renting from them again!

The condo was great!! Very clean and very well set up! Had everything we needed in kitchen. Being on the fist floor was great. We could just walk out and go to the pool or the beach which made it really nice. The people that work there were all very nice and helpful! We had a wonderful time!

Great place to stay!

We have stayed at Commodore many times and it’s always a great experience! It’s very family friendly and quiet! Room 107 was great for us because we had a toddler who loves to play outside! He had his own yard to play in when we weren’t at the beach or pool! ITrip is a great company to book with. Communication is excellent!

Gorgeous Room with Great Views

Commodore 107 - It's the Greatest

This unit was perfect my boyfriend and two daughters. We had the best week. We had everything we needed ane more! It's the perfect location to the beach and pool. The beds are comfortable, everything works as it should. It's so convenient also having a full size washer and dryer. The AC was great, there's even a dehumidifier to keep the air clean and dry. Can't recommend this place enough! We hope to come back next year !

Perfect Place!

This place was perfection! You can walk out right to the ocean or pool. You have a lovely garden view and the unit is updated and beautifully decorated. Easy check in. No problems. In the middle of everything we wanted in Panama City including right by the State Park! We are definitely coming back as soon as possible!

The Commodore is in a great location. Close enough to restaurants and entertainment without being rushed get in the thick of it. Loved having condo on bottom floor for ease of access to beach and pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Communication between management company and us was clear and timely.

Awesome weekend with friends

It was a guys weekend fishing trip. PCB was not crowded and we we had no issues fishing from the beach in front of the condo. Plenty of room and close to everything we needed. This was our third visit to this condo. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice condo and wonderful location

Loved the location and overall the condo was very nice. Not sure it had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived. Grass needed to be cut outside of the unit. Cigarette butts were all over the area. The shower head did not work in the master bath. Connection to TV had been unplugged but we figured this out.

Enjoyable Beach Trip

I was pleasantly surprised by the room. It was great! Loved the wood-look and easy-to-clean tile on the floors. The room was lovely and could walk right out onto grass and get a great view of the ocean. There were some things I didn't like but it was no fault of the hotel or the room. I chose a room on the ground floor and part of the pool was blocking our view. Since I knew this would be the case, no problem. The bed in the owner's suite was uncomfortable and needs to be replaced; however, I slept pretty good on it. ***note*** It makes noise when you move on it and is lumpy. I have never stayed on Thomas Drive before because we always wanted to be closer to everything. No problems with that either. This trip was so relaxing and enjoyed our location as well. We are used to bigger condos; however, this was big enough for the three of us. The room is set up to accomodate six but I feel like it would be a little crowded for that many people. I would say it would be comfortable for up to 4 people. All that said, I would not hesitate to rent this one again.

So much better than expected.

The ⛱️ beach was just out the back door of our unit. The beach chairs (Service) that was included was a wonderful perk. The beach was not overcrowded. The unit was well stocked. We always had great parking and the security at the property entrance was attentive and friendly. When we arrived they were organized and efficient. We even attended a sunset dolfin cruise with Island Time. (Part of the Itrip vacation perk). That was an awesome experience for the family. We were within walking distance to restaurants and pubs. The neighbors were delightful.
