Property was exactly how described, very clean and had everything we needed. Parking on the first few days was kinda hard, but got better as the week went by. The security at the building could use some lessons in people skills, they were all extremely rude and for a few days I kinda felt like I was in jail, but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Perfect for our family of 5! This is our second time staying in one of Vanessa’s condos and we have not been disappointed yet. Condo was super clean and the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. We saw dolphins every morning from the balcony (which has the most comfortable furniture).

We had a great time overall! The place was modern and very clean inside, which is always a plus for us. The check-in process was not all that smooth because our entry code for the door did not work. However, when we called the host, she was able to help by giving us the lockbox code, so we used that until mid-stay when our code issue was fixed. We also decided to wash clothes a couple of days prior to checkout but could not dry because the dryer stopped working after less than 10 minutes of drying time. If you’d like to go to the beach, she had beach chairs, umbrella, etc. (but they’re scattered among bedroom and laundry room closets so I did not discover them until we were preparing to leave), so that would’ve been good to know in the check-in instructions. Also, special beach/pool towels would’ve also been nice.Lastly, the balcony floor was a bit dirty and could have been cleaner; and a few more rolls of toilet paper would have topped off our stay!But overall, we had a blast! My sister and brother and their spouses came down to surprise me for my birthday and our anniversary! Great times; they loved the spot as well. The vicinity of restaurants and other stores was very close and convenient. It’s right on the beach, so if that’s primarily what you use to assess value, then maybe it’s worth it…would I stay again? Yes, I would.

The condo was better than expected, and the view of the beach from the balcony was amazing. The only complaint was that the pool and hot tub in Tower 2, which was the tower where we stayed, were closed for our entire stay due to construction. We specifically chose this condo because of the indoor hot tub in Tower 2, so it was disappointing that it was unavailable. It would have been helpful to know before booking that the hot tub in Tower 2 would be closed during our stay.

We live in Kentucky, but love to travel as much as possible. We are new to having vacation rentals. We fell in love with our condo the moment that we saw it. Hopefully someday soon we will get to spend more time there. In the meantime, we feel that you will love it as much as we do!
