Cette unité très recherchée au premier étage est l’un des deux seuls du complexe. Plafonds de 14 'et accès à un ascenseur semi-privé desservant uniquement les étages 1 à 3. Passez votre temps à la plage, pas à l'ascenseur.

Perfect location! Loved it.

Being able to stay on the first floor had great views, but we never had to fight the elevator. Ashley was awesome as the property manager and it truly was just like having our own private beach house. Can’t wait to be back.

The Aqua was a delightful destination for our vacation with beautiful accommodations at one of Panama Beaches top beach front locations... chair & umbrella service, two gorgeous pools, and every amenity! Also, closely located to shopping and restaurants... perfect!

I get that the resort is under construction, but you do a disservice to all travelers by not mentioning that this unit is absolutely brand new.. a 50K renovation.. BRAND NEW.. and you only mention the resort (which was under construction) needs to be cleaned.

Overall it was good but master shower head was plugged and pillows / sheets were very cheap and hard. Overall a great place though and great location.

Nice place!

This condo was in a perfect location, within walking distance of Pier Park, Starbucks, gift shops, several restaurants, a liquor store, etc…Condo was clean, stocked with items you’ll need until you can get to the grocery store. Loved not having to use the elevator! We would absolutely rent this condo again :)

Our family had a great time and we loved having a first floor unit. It was so nice not having to use the elevator. The condo was super clean and well maintained and exactly as described. We had a great view from our balcony and the beach was beautiful. It was also an added bonus to have beach service.

Absolutely Spectacular. Clean, elegant, convenient

Absolutely loved Aqua 110. Comfortable beds, super clean, and even better than the photos. We loved the convenience of being on the first level and walk right out to the pool without having to deal with elevators or steps. It really is like having your own beach house. We wondered if the views were good, and I assure you they are excellent. Hard to beat this little gem of a condo. Warren Beach Rentals was super easy to work with us especially with our travel plans being modified due to the southwest flight issues. Really allowed us to be stress free in paradise.

Great stay!

We have loved the Aqua for years, but this was the first time we have stayed in this unit + on the first floor. Now having a 3 year old, we loved not having to use the elevator to go to the beach/to the car. We just walked right across the street & parked our car on the ground level. Even packing up to leave was made easier! The condo was clean & had everything we needed. Our daughter loved the bunk room. The road noise is a little louder on the first floor, but if you have a sound machine it should be no problem! Overall, very satisfied!

Summer vacation

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect for our family. We walked to dinner twice. The beach atmosphere was amazing no crowd. The view was amazing. The only thing was the shower in master didn't have any water pressure but the front shower did so it was okay and definitely not a dealbreaker. . The front shower leaked water on the floor but honestly wasn't a big deal. Just mentioning so you have a towel ready for clean up. The condo looked just like the pictures The kids loved having their area and the gift shop being so close was perfect for a quick lunch and ice-cream. We plan to stay here again.

Lovely Propery

This was a lovely property. The description was accurate. It was super easy to check in and out. The pool and beach were easy to access. The property was clean and secure. No sign of college students on spring break, though the street out front was quite noisy on Saturday night. We weren't bothered by it because we didn't need the front bedroom. However, if you have little children, be aware, the second bedroom is right inside the front door and close to the street. It could be very noisy for children trying to sleep. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Best Condo at Aqua

I’ve stayed at Aqua several times but nothing quite like this condo. The tall ceilings and windows make a huge difference in the feel for this unit. Loved being on the first floor. We enjoyed passing the elevator line because we didn’t have to use the elevators. We enjoyed being close to Pier Park and all of the shopping and restaurants. It was just a short walk across the street to have some fantastic oysters at Shuckum’s. The unit itself is gorgeous, decorated nicely. The kids loved watching cartoons on the TV. The beds were comfortable. I actually slept better here than at home! The cleaning was spotless. Mitch from Warren Beach was great. He made sure everything was taken care of. We will be back!

Not worth the money

The location was great but the Condo was just ok and not worth the money! Showers need to be upgraded The shower in the master bedroom barely worked so had to use the other one to get and feel clean. They also need major cleaning around the shower doors and it smelled like fish from the moment I entered. Smelled like it was coming from the empty refrigerator. The lock on the patio door was hard to lock as well. Will not return

Aqua 110 has 50 reviews with a 4.9 average. Sassy just ain’t keeping it classy. Never an issue with the shower or water pressure, we’ve checked after her departure and with the guest there now. Both confirm GREAT WATER PRESSURE and absolutely no smell. Not a single guest has had any kind of these issues. But, when your name is sassy, you call it as you see it. All guests make us happy! Some when they are here… Others when they leave! Buh Bye!

Nice unit, but had several issues

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were some issues. The floors were filthy. Within 20 min our feet were black. I had to mop the floors twice to get them clean. The kitchen had crusty food spots on the stove and fridge. There was hair in the showers and the bedding smelled like greasy hair. Management did reply to my concerns and offered to come clean again, but I chose to do it myself on my time because I didn’t want to be stuck in the condo for a long time. The unit was convenient for accessing the beach and pools. The first floor unit was noisy with street noise, karaoke at Shukums across the street, and the DJ/music blaring from the Hyatt next door. I would stay at Aqua again, but probably not in this unit.

Enjoyed our stay!

Nice views of pool and gulf from the patio. Nice comfortable patio furniture, but only seats 3. Convenient, private 1st floor location. Basic amenities, enough for 2 guests staying a couple of days. Although the tile floors looked clean, they needed a good mopping. Turned bottom of feet black. No trash can in secondary bathroom and outside of vanity cabinet doors could use a good wipe down, as well as the toilet paper holders on the wall. Shower head in master bath leaking (when we arrived) enough to soak the bath mat they leave in the center of the shower floor for each guest. Central air doesn’t seem to cool efficiently. Quite humid in the unit during our stay and no instructions on how to use the humid control. It was ok for us, but only in the low 80’s during our stay the beginning of May. No idea how it will function in the middle of summer! Overall, nice decor. King bed wasn’t great comfort-wise, but that’s subjective and linens were clean. Ceiling fans and kitchen appliances worked well! Overall, a nice stay and would recommend!
