The two bedrooms offer a double bed, while the third bedroom has 2 single beds that can be combined to form a double bed, for added sleeping options. Both bathrooms have also a shower. Ascending the staircase, you will find the first floor attic, featuring an open plan bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted to a double bed, and another bathroom with shower.
Delight in the large outdoor area, complete with a swimming pool, sunbeds, umbrellas, a built-in BBQ, and a covered dining section for memorable alfresco dining experiences.

my name is Marianthi , we are leaving with my family close to the complex, just 150 meters and i m the owner of the property . I have grown up in the island i got my studies at Athens and i came back to improve my knowledge on hospitality and get experience through a hotel complex that used to work for many years .I and my husband designed and developed the property with love . We used modern lines, new materials and nice peaceful colors to make the guests feel happy and calm .

Villa Peonia is a luxury villa with swimming pool garden and privacy , sleeps 8 people in 2 double bed bedroom and 2 twins bedrooms , two bathrooms with shower and 1 wc are spread over 2 levels including a mezzanine floor all rooms have patio doors leading to terrace , living room dinning room and kitchen situated in same large and open area , two large sliding doors provide easy access to the pool terrace with a dinning set and a comfortable seating area overlooking the pool . The pool has a shallow section to sit in so you can sunbathe partially submerged in the water .A small area and a brick BBQ makes that villa unique for holidays .
