No cleaning fees! This sunny warm home is only 7 years old & right on the Coastal walkway. This is a smaller, sunlit open plan modern & fun home.. A 30 second walk takes you to a small reserve with seating right on the ocean. Located in a quiet garden setting, & with large bifold doors opening onto a sun drenched deck.. Across the road is local shops & cafeś
A short 20min walk (3mins by car) takes you to Sumner surf beach, cinema’s & more cafes & wonderful restaurants. We’re on the direct bus route from Christchurch International Airport.

Lovely Home and Host

We loved our stay in this home, especially the glass doors that open onto the lovely deck which makes for a comfy indoor-outdoor experience. Tracy was a perfect host and provided everything we needed and more. The beach walk around the corner was so enjoyable, and Christchurch is a wonderful city with so much to do. We would definitely stay here again!

A charming house in a great location with a lovely, private outdoor space. Tracy was a great host and communication was excellent. The house was very clean and comfortable and I would definitely stay there again.

Delightful stay in Redcliffs

This is an amazing home just steps from the beautiful waterfront and the lovely Redcliffs neighborhood. It was our last few days in Christchurch and we experienced astonishing sunrises from huge bedroom windows, lovely walks on Sumner Beach and meals at the charming local restaurants. Tracy was an extremely accommodating and helpful host. We had a terrific visit.

Beautiful, cozy home in great location

We loved our stay at Tracy’s home in Christchurch! The home itself and gardens were spotless, comfortable and well equipped with everything we might need for our stay. The location was great, a 2 minute walk to the beach and coastal walkway, and a short drive to the city of Christchurch- always a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Tracy was charming and wonderful about check-in and thoughtful in providing special additions that made us feel welcome. We highly recommend!

The Perfect Holiday Home

I couldn't have found a better place to stay. Warm, cosy, clean, and well positioned with everything I could need. Tracy and Steve were generous and very accommodating. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable, and the gift basket was a lovely unexpected bonus. I will definitely be going back sometime.

Perfect getaway beside the water!

Tracy’s cottage was fantastic and we felt right at home. She has equipped it with everything you could possibly need for a great holiday away and it is a stone’s throw from the beach. Around the corner is a convenience store, spa, hair salon, chippy, library, coffee shop (2 actually). The list goes on! Great place to stay and thank you to Tracy for making us feel so welcome with the comfortable beds, soft towels…for everything!

Amazing home to relax and unwind at

We couldn’t have asked for a better property for our 2 week stay. It was in a quiet street just down from the water with lovely little garden and patio area and all requirements you would expect in a home. The beds were comfy and it was meticulously clean with 2 toilet and shower rooms. Tracy obvious takes great pride in her home so there really wasn’t anything we could grumble about! Thanks so much for letting us stay! It was fantastic!

We loved our time at Tracy’s home. A lovely spot to relax and great location for two couples. The house was clean, comfortable, well stocked and nicely decorated. Tracy was an exceptional host both before and after our visit. She went out of her way to contact us about some wine we left behind and then helped to ship it to us to our next location. Thank you Tracy for your help. We would highly recommend to others and would stay there again.

Perfect except for booking agent

House was xx nice and perfect for us.owner was very helpful and pleasant. Book a bach proved to be unreachable in anyway.Took payment and vanished. Feel for home owner being charged by b.a.bach for doing ...not much.wouldve been 5 stars.

Wonderful oasis in Redcliffs

What a find! A beautiful property close to the waterfront and shops in Redcliffs. A nearly new home which is beautifully appointed with a lovely garden to relax in. Tracy is a warm and accommodating host who cannot do too much for you. We will be back!

Amazing ... we loved it!

Tracy is the perfect host. The house was perfectly prepared with great linen, atmosphere and location. You couldn't hope for better. The bonus for us was being able to bring Max our poodle. We had lovely days relaxing with visits from our Christchurch family. The afternoons were bliss with the sun beaming in on cold winters days. Weather didn't permit us to use the lovely outdoor setting, our visit being mid-winter in an exceptionally cold snap. We were cozy with either the reverse cycle air con or the amazing bionic fire. Tracy left us her lovely hens eggs and treats for max, which we appreciated as well as saying we were welcome to use some other items (which of course we didn't as this was more than generous). We seriously did relax and just enjoy, We will be back and know that a lot of hard work goes in to preparing and maintaining a property to this standard. Well done!

Awesome accommodation

Great stay thanks Tracy. The little touches like fresh eggs, bread and milk in the fridge, Easter eggs etc.. just a wonderful property and brilliant location. Love it! Would book again ... and again!
