Lovely quiet neighborhood with sidewalks. This is a furnished home with coffee makers , pots/pans, towels, bed linens ready for you to occupy and enjoy as your own home. It is located about 2 miles from Lexington medical center and about 6 miles to down town Columbia. Very safe neighborhood with great neighbors.
Weekly Trash service included . Central heating and air. Washer and dryer located in garage. Comfortable screened in porch to enjoy.

Perfect Parents Weekend Stay

3 Couples had the perfect stay for Parents Weekend at USC. House was clean and charmingly decorated. Owner was super communicative and even offered early check-in when the opportunity presented itself. (House was empty the night before our stay.) Beds were comfortable and tucked away neighborhood was very quiet but only 20 minutes from campus. We all had the best time with each other.

This home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Plenty of space for us to relax. The screened in back porch was great to sit and enjoy the end of the day. The kitchen had everything we needed for “light” vacation cooking. Loved the ice maker since we don’t have one at home. Beds were comfy. The place was immaculate and welcoming. We brought our cocker spaniel and she enjoyed the fully fenced back yard. Also nice neighborhood to walk the dog and go for a run. Close proximity to Food Lion and Waffle House. :).

Great place to stay and pet friendly

The house is in a quiet neighborhood. It is close to places to eat and shop. We found that the house was comfortable and able to accommodate six adults. It is one floor which made it easy for the two 88+ years old family members who were staying traveling with us. The house was stock with the essentials shower gel and shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer. Also there were snacks, coffee, a few cans of soda and sparkling water. Rosemarie was a great host. Thank you again for the use of your home.

Nice for dogs, very comfortable

I picked this place for the large fenced backyard (travelling with dogs). They loved it! The fence is chainlink, and there is a large hound-type dog next door who will hide in the bushes (on his side) and then leap up to run the fence and bark. Spooked my dogs the first time! But it was not a problem after that homeowner put him inside. There are also little barky dogs in the properties behind this one, but there is a good buffer of sheds and bushes. My dogs had fun exploring the yard. Awesome screened-in porch with fans. Dog bowls of fresh water was a nice touch. Garage is small, but my Honda HRV fit (unload outside, then pull in). Kitchen is outstanding, there were snacks, cold water, cold drinks in the fridge. All furniture super comfortable, had a great night's sleep. Neighborhood is quiet and safe -- lots of dogwalkers in the morning who waved! I would book this again.

Amazing stay

The house was amazing and just like the photos! Great amenities, perfect amount of space, and our dogs loved the backyard. We’ll definitely be back if we’re ever in the area again!

My family and I very much enjoyed staying at this home! There were 3 of us, and our 3 dogs. This house is super clean and well decorated. Absolutely recommend staying here!

Very clean/cozy comfortable

This was a wonderful home . Super clean, cozy and a perfect fenced yard for our dog. The owner was so helpful. We needed to book our stay last minute and she accommodated us so nicely. Would definitely stay here again . Located in a quiet, family neighborhood.

Everything we needed

This rental was great! The music playing, snacks, towels, shampoo were a great touch. We felt at home, and had everything we needed for a comfortable night. The only small negative was other dogs barking at our dogs, but that didn't bother us. We would 100% return. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay.

Rosie is a great host. She is very responsive. There are a lot of extras. The house is very clean. Check in was easy. Loved that pets were allowed to stay too. Great water pressure in the shower. :-)

Great house in a great location!

This place is so cute and we loved being only 15 minutes from downtown, but in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We also loved the screened in back porch. We would definitely recommend checking this place out when you are traveling to Columbia.

This property was perfect for us. Quiet established area.

It is a well kept home on a quiet street. Fenced yard for our furbaby. Close to places to eat, interstate and the zoo. The furnishings were comfortable.

Great place and wonderful host!

The host did a wonderful job of adding so many extra special touches. Various soaps and coffee choices. Nice dishes and glasses. I found it nicely decorated. I wish I could find a place like this everywhere I go.

Wedding weekend

My son's wedding was out of town from where we live, so we came to Columbia for his wedding. The house provided plenty of space for all of us to get ready for the wedding. My mom is elderly and she really appriciated the bathroom's layout to help her get around easier. The house is lovely, and I can tell the owner has done recent renivations to update the house. It was a very good stay and I would stay there again.

I would stay again

The property was very clean, spacious for the 6 of us and very comfortable. The directions to access the home was detailed and easy to follow. The master bed had a temprapedic mattress that makes you not what to get up to do the things you have to do. The back patio was screened in with lots of outdoor space and very serene environment. The house is located in good proximity of many attractions in the area. The communication with the host, Rosemarie was friendly and she replies back quickly. I would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

Wonderful stay

This property was meticulous and Rosemarie was very responsive. The house was very well stocked. Kitchen was very well stocked with cold drinks and snacks. These were much appreciated after a day of touring U of SC. Plenty of linens and towels. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

There was a musty smell that they tried to cover with other items that just made it worse. It is not close to downtown Columbia.

Great placr

The house was lovely. Perfect t size for our family for the night to get ready for my daughter's high school graduation. Very clean. Cutest personal touches left for us! Nicely updated home. It was just the sweetest place, with all the amenities needed. And the tub was soooo deep and relaxing! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely rent this home anytime we are in Columbia!

Lovely place to stay with a pet

I had my dog with me. The property has a really nice screened porch in the back with dog doors both from the house to the porch and the porch to the backyard. Really convenient for the dog. One bathroom includes a lovely soaking tub which I enjoyed. I was delighted to find the property has Internet. It was not listed as an amenity when I was looking for a place. I almost didn't rent it for lack of Internet. The owner could not have been more helpful or nicer. I would stay here again if I were going through Columbia again.
