This home was perfect for our family. We were able to easily get to everything we wanted to see and do while in CS. The home was very clean, beautiful, comfortable and very charming. The pet friendly dog area was exactly what we needed to keep our pug happy and safe when we needed to leave her behind. We enjoyed feeding and watching the Koi fish as well as the mini Zen garden inside the house. The kitchen was well stocked with houseware and cooking utensils making preparing meals easy.

House is great. Lots of directions and instructions around the house. We had to wash some clean stuff before use. Example: a few pans, a scrapper , a blender and towels in the downstairs bathroom. They smelled mildewy. The house overall was clean, just maybe needs a deep clean. Easy check in, good location for wedding we attended. Communication is best by email but good. Such a lovely house. The owners have taken lots of pride in this wonderful house. I am a retired housekeeper so maybe i was a little picky about the cleaning.

This home was absolutely spectacular. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. There was nothing we wanted for as far as the kitchen living room bathrooms. The owner is really spent a lot of time making it a home even for their visitors. I have been to many VRBO‘s in this by far with the best ever and exactly what we expected and more. I would highly highly recommend it.

Best Location!

This house is located in the most perfect location. Easy drive to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Broadmoor, downtown, Old Colorado City, etc. Just walking the neighborhood had AMAZING views. Grass was a little long in the backyard, so our dogs didn’t really want to run around, but everything else was PERFECT. Kitchen was also well stocked. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Colorado Springs.

Very nice accommodations! Had a business event at The Broadmoor which was sold out so we stayed here which worked out extremely well. Only 5 minute drive away.

Great house in Colorado Springs- for pets too!!!

Great experience! Very clean house that was fully equipped with everything you need. Beautiful and very accommodating. Excellent place to bring your dogs with a Top 10 in US dog park right outside the neighborhood. Groceries, restaurants and attractions within a mile or two. Enjoy Pikes Peak and Garden of the Gods and other attractions just minutes away. Jim was an excellent host!

Great dog friendly home

This is a wonderful property. It is a beautiful house, with a touch of modern and very dog friendly. The fenced back yard came in handy to let our puppy run around. The pet bath was a great amenity for cleaning him off. For cooks, the kitchen is well stocked with a wide selection of cookware, including plenty of dinnerware/flatware/glassware. We stayed mostly on the main floor. The basement with extra living room/bedroom/bathroom was amazing. The neighborhood was a great place to walk our puppy with trails and dog park a few minutes walk down the road. If we get back to Colorado Springs, we will definitely look to see if this property is available again. We highly recommend.A shout out to Chris @ Evolve. He was great to work with - got back to us promptly with answers to our questions. Thanks!

We had a wonderful stay in this home! So much space, beautifully decorated, perfect location, great dog area, responsive host, lovely neighborhood- I can’t say enough! Clean and Quiet with a view

I was able to study on the covered patio and was able to disconnect in this quiet neighborhood. If I were looking for a place in Colorado I would buy this house.

Nice cozy place with good location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was excellent except for only having a swamp cooler. It was clean and spacious. We couldn’t use the basement as there is no AC down there so my wife and I had to sleep in twin beds apart from one another. Even if you turn the swamp cooler down to 70 it doesn’t help the basement area although it helps the upstairs at that point. It was great just could use AC for those hot times so you can utilize whole house. That’s all. Communication was given a 3/5 because I reached out to owner via text (and told them who I was) and they never responded. Again, I still have them a 4 overall. Would have still been 5 if they had AC.

Lovely home

Lovely large scale home in a quiet neighborhood. Handled our group well, with multiple seating areas inside and out. Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and glassware. The accommodations for dogs was amazing.
