Luxury condos on historic Boggy Sand Road. At night you can hear the waves breaking on Boggy Sand Beach, the most secluded part of Seven Mile Beach.
Spacious with open plan kitchen, dining area and living room leading onto a very large balcony.

- The Master bedroom has a Full Bathroom with Rain Shower and stand-alone bathtub.
- 2nd Bedroom with a luxurious King bed and en-suite.
- 3rd Bedroom is set up with 2 Twin Beds (or 1 KING) and en-suite.

Great experience

Ruaneik and Alfonso were outstanding, from pre-checkin to welcome tour, and plenty of suggestions/advice. Grounds and condo were immaculate. Pool was great and beach (5 min walk) even better. Expensive but worth every penny. Hope to return someday.

Loved our stay!!

Location was great, the unit we stayed in was extremely accommodating and well equipped. It held 14 of us for a dinner very well. Alfonso, our property manager, was amazing. He checked in with us routinely and if we needed anything, he was immediately available. Plenty of towels and bath towels. Just overall great experience.

Great trip!

Boggy Sands was perfect for 9 of us this week. Everyone was so helpful during our stay! The walk to the beach is very short. Loved it and will visit again!

Outstanding condo! Will be back!

Where to begin? Stingray 1 was even better in person than in the pictures. The rooms were spacious and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. We had 8 people ranging in age from 14-60. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked - I brought all kinds of things that I usually need but rental condos don't have - only to find all of these items already there! Tupperware, Tide pods, tin foil, cooler bags, ice packs, even a speaker for the beach - All there! and we had plenty of beach towels. The condo was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The condo was just a short walk to the beach and directly across from the pool/bbq's. The grocery store was about a 5-7 min walk and had everything we needed. The beach was great and never crowded and had all kinds of beach toys. We could walk to Heritage Kitchen (a dinner fave) and were a 5min drive to the harbor where the boats left for our fishing/bio tour / stingray city tours. The communication was excellent - I got prompt responses to all my questions. Morne was kind enough to be able to accommodate our request to stay another night when our flight was at risk for cancellation. Alfonso was always on hand to answer questions - he's the best! The men at the beach were also very kind and helpful. Couldn't recommend this more! We all had a wonderful time!

Beautiful stay!

We had a wonderful time at Boggy Sands. The condo was much more spacious than it appears in the pictures -- super clean, lovely calming decor. We enjoyed our time at the pool and the beach club (Ge was so helpful!). It was a great location - quieter than the resorts, but still a short drive to wherever we needed to go. We would love to come back and visit again.

Amazing spot, incredible stay!

Our extended family rented this 4 BR unit and had more than enough space. The unit was meticulously maintained, well designed, and really set up for a luxury stay. The staff there were incredibly kind, caring and attentive. They were honestly some of the best hospitality staff we have encountered. The beach area was great! Totally stocked with all the supplies you could need, plenty of chairs and space, great water! We rented a van and drove ourselves to restaurants. This unit is just outside the busier hotel area that lies on 7 mile beach so while there was a walkable grocery store and a few restaurants, for more options you would take a short ride. Can't recommend strongly enough for a family get-away

Amazing vacation

Loved the island. Great stay in West Bay. Easy to get around and explored the entire island with our rental car. Walkable to a small grocery and a wonderful restaurant with the best Italian food, Bayside. Had an amazing time. Will definitely come back. Condo was gorgeous. Very comfortable beds and bedding, I actually ordered the sheets. Clean, organized, and easy walk to pool and beach. Alfonso was awesome. Gerald personally checked us in and walked us around the property. Felt safe with my kids walking to pool and beach. Very accommodating when our flight was cancelled for an entire day. Can’t wait to visit Grand Cayman again!! Wonderful island and great location to stay again. Would highly recommend!!!

First time on Cayman Island!

My group of friends (30+ y/o women) had a great time on Cayman Island and really enjoyed this property. We loved having access to a quiet, clean, private beach. The amenities on the property were great. Location was nice and safe. Would definitely recommend this place for a large group!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Boggy Sands Club is a fantastic place to stay in West Bay. The location was great! It was easy to catch the public bus right across the street to take to restaurants and activities all around the area. The condo, Stingray 1, is in one of the buildings closest to the beach and right across from the pool. We loved the cleanliness, spacious layout, screened lanai, 4 full bathrooms, decor, and rooftop. The condo was stocked with all necessary appliances and cookware making it easy to prepare snacks or meals. With all the wonderful restaurants on the island, we ate most dinners out, but appreciated the option. Ruaneik was there to check us in and give us a tour of the property and beach area. He was also available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We were there with other members of our family (the rest of our group was in Stingray 3) and we all agreed that we made a great vacation choice. I highly recommend Stingray 1 and 3 to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation or a spacious condo for family/friends to gather and explore everything Grand Cayman has to offer.

Boggy Sands

Check in was easy - but we had 1 too many people didn't think it was a big deal as looking at the listing and saw there were plenty of beds to fit everyone. Upon arrival we were told either find another place for everyone (and NOT get any money back) or find another hotel for the extra person. Needless to say - we had to spend another $6,000 to get a hotel room and 2 people in our group had to stay at the hotel and not be with the family. Other than that - stay was great - condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Alfonso was the absolute BEST!

Family getaway

The condo exceeded our expectations. It is not beachfront but it's so close that really doesn't matter. The gentleman at the beach helped with beach paddle boards and noodles and even fresh coconut milk. He spotted turtles in the water for us and gave us restaurant reviews. The condo had plenty of space! Sleeping arrangements for seven of us were not a problem! The kitchen is well equipped with pots, pans, plates and silverware and has new appliances. We appreciated the washer and dryer too! There's the convenience of a grocery store, liquor store and very good restaurant less than a block away. Parking was a little tight, but there's construction of a new condo on the property that may have caused some of that. Renting through VRBO was easy but I had trouble communicating with the management due to the app they used and I did not. I continued to try to communicate through VRBO. We did end up connecting at the last minute. I would definitely come back again!

Great family vacation

The house wasn’t on the beach, but one street off and a short block away. The adults talked and we all felt that in luxury resorts we’ve stayed at before the walk from the room to the beach was farther than the walk from our Vrbo to the beach here. The private beach was lovely and some of the best snorkeling on GC was a (long- about 100ft) swim off the beach - it came highly recommended in your books and occasionally cruise tours would drop people at that snorkel site so it’s not just me saying it was great. Alfonso is a gem. The beach was pretty easy even for kids with no noticeable undertows or rocks. Alfonso was awesome - he helped with all the equipment at the beach (they had life jackets, umbrellas, a tent canopy, loungers, a picnic table, paddle boards and kayaks and a tethered floating pad to play on) and gave us chilled coconuts and craft lessons on palm frond projects twice! The condo itself was only disappointing in that it didn’t have a view of the water. Otherwise everything was clean and very new and they really thought of everything. There was a cooler and ice packs and ice and so many beach towels and carts to haul all the stuff back and forth. I was not excited about the pool - we have one at home. But we actually spent some quiet afternoons there - it was shady and had a hammock and the kids had floaty toys and fuseball. The beds were great and the water pressure was great and never ending hot water - we had 4 teen girls!! We would go back for sure!!!!

Absolutely Amazing

I’m going to repeat what another review said, stop reading reviews and just book it. You will not regret it. Our family of 6 had an amazing trip. This is like a resort but with all the comforts of home. Alfanso at the beach made our trip extra special. My kids have been telling me since we left how much they miss him! A few notes for those of you curious about logistics like I am; the grocery store, liquor store and a few restaurants are steps away from the condo. Per the advice of the Boggy Sands team we rented a car for the week so we could explore the island and go out to a few meals. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need to make a meal but there were no spices, oil etc. but the grocery store had everything we needed. There was laundry detergent and shampoo, conditioner, soap in all the bathrooms. The Boggy Sands team will be there for anything you need. Restaurant recommendations, which excursions to do etc. Again, don’t hesitate just book!

Fantastic Stay

Wonderful condo complex! Grounds are very clean, neat, well kept, felt very safe there. Alfanso at the beach is wonderful with the kids and his crafts are so fun! The condo is clean, well stocked with kitchen cutlery and dishes. They do not have oil, baking spray, spices, cleaning supplies, etc. but they do have coffee filters, garbage bags and laundry pods. Tons of beach towels, pool floats, board games, etc. limited on bath towels. Bed are so comfy. Mattresses are very good with nice quality, soft sheets. Pillows are great. Drapes are blackout in the bedrooms which was so nice. We loved the screened in porch. Plenty of space for a large group. Loved being able to walk to the grocery and liquor store. The owners on site are very friendly and helpful. We loved the hotel type amenities at a condo complex. We felt very special and cared for here. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful Stay

The property was beautifully appointed and met all of our expectations! The location is great...quiet spot on 7-mile beach without the noise and crowds of the resort area. The grocery and liquor store are close by which was super convenient. The beach club was on a perfect spot on the beach and Alphonso was fantastic - so personable and friendly! We appreciated all the floats and water activities that were available. Communication with the hosts was great and Ruaneik was always there when we had questions or needed help! He went above and beyond to help us out when we'd forgotten a critical item on the plane. Loved our stay and we're looking forward to staying here again in the future!

Cayman holiday!

Our family took a quick vacation to Grand Cayman for Christmas. The experience was everything we had hoped for and more. Boggy Sands Club was the ideal vacation property for our needs. We loved the location, cleanliness, and amenities! We really appreciated the attention to detail both inside the condo and around the property. The view from the rooftop area was simply breathtaking, and the beach area was stunning and quite possibly the most beautiful portion of seven mile beach. The communication with the property owners and manger was excellent. They were always responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. Our family had an exceptional time and we are already planning our next visit! Boggy Sands Club exceeded all our expectations. 10 out of 10, we had the most amazing time!!

Amazing stay at Boggy Sands!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at the Boggy Sands Club! From the very start they were incredibly accommodating after we all got sick and wanted to reschedule our trip. The condos are amazing, so well stocked they really thought of everything! We were traveling with two small children (ages 1.5 and 5 years old) and they had high chairs and pack and plays, they even had rolling coolers and ice packs that we used to bring lunch to the beach everyday! Speaking of the beach was incredible! It was a short 60 second walk down the lovely and charming boggy sands road. The beach club is nestled in between million dollar homes and far from the resorts so it felt like our own private beach most of the time! The management team was always available and gave us great restaurant and activity recommendations. if you’re looking for a fun and relaxing family vacation this is the spot. We can’t wait to go back and plan on making it an annual trip!

Wonderful week in paradise!

Boggy Sands Club was the perfect place for our family to spend Thanksgiving week in Cayman. The condo was beautiful and had plenty of space for the 2 couples and 5 children to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner. Ruaneik was so helpful and attentive before and during our stay. The location was great with the store right next to the property. We appreciated all the little details like the wagon being provided for ease is grocery shopping. The beach was beautiful! The kids loved having all the equipment there to enjoy each day. We would definitely recommend Boggy Sands to our family and friends.

Perfect trip

The Boggy Sands property was better than advertised. The condo was spectacular, clean, and seemed brand new. My 9 year old said she was never leaving. Each day the water at the beach club seemed better than the day before. And the beach was very clean, great sand and well maintained. My only complaint is that some of the umbrellas were broken but there were plenty to replace them with. Absolutely loved our stay.

Excellent stay & extremely convenient!

My family and I stayed here for 5 nights and had the best time staying at Boggy Sands. The condo itself is very well thought-out. Here are a list of reasons why we loved it: There is a private beach access within a 3 minute walk from the property with a bus filled with water equipment for us to use paddle boards, kayak etc. The condo appliances were all new and great quality. The place is right next to a grocery store / liquor store. There is a large outdoor private balcony that is fully netted so bugs don’t get in. Last but not least, the staff is extremely helpful and very responsive!! Big shoutout to Rauneik for a great service!! Really enjoyed our stay there and would recommend to all my friends and family to stay there when they visit.
