Located on the top floor, this villa provides wider ocean views than other properties, along with an additional window for more natural light.

As you enter, the modern and open space welcomes you with a floor-to-ceiling renovation featuring subway tile, brushed nickel finishes, and chic beach hues. Open the door to your balcony and be captivated by the soothing sound of waves, the expansive view of the Atlantic, and the renowned beaches of Hilton Head just steps away. Enjoy the convenience of biking or walking to shops, restaurants, and bars, and take a refreshing dip in the on-site pool.

The balcony offers a stunning and relaxing view—watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning, surrounded by the sights and sounds of local birds, rabbits, and squirrels in a well-maintained and quiet community. Immerse yourself in beach activities like surf fishing, body surfing, or simply relaxing with a good book on the sandy shores.

Wonderful property with an amazing view of the beach! It was located close to plenty of shops/restaurants, with direct access to the beach. The pool area was nice and quiet. Having access to two beach cruiser bikes was a bonus! Everything was nice and clean and it was well stocked. One small suggested upgrade: a non-stick frying pan would be very helpful! Otherwise, we can't wait to go back!!

The property that I paid for and saw online is not the same property that I stayed in or at least it wasn’t the same property that I looked at online. The property that I saw online and booked for the kitchen is bigger. It had a dishwasher and had more counterspace. The bathroom was bigger. That is a room that I chose and picked out and paid for, but that is not what I got. What I ended up with is a tiny kitchen no dishwasher no counter space. The closet in the hallway is fallen apart. The bathroom door to the sink is broken. The lights in the kitchen kept flickering constantly the outlet in the bedroom next to the bed does not work and I can keep on with my list. It was definitely not worth the money I paid for and I will not stay in this place again.

It's understandable that, while comparing multiple Breakers villas during the booking process, features from another unit may have been confused with this one; however, the listing for 340 Breakers has remained accurate. Condo is SMALL!! Most hotel rooms are larger. No dishwasher. No drapes in the bedroom. Advertised blackout drapes…only a blind with no adjustment in the BR with a security light in the parking lot that burns all night. There are holes where a curtain rod has been but no rod. Ceiling fan in BR makes thumping noise on all speeds except low. Very poor quality. Advertised as completely redone…. Beadboard has been put up to hide the condition of the walls. The towel rack & shower rod are barely staying up from indents in the beadboard. Obviously holes underneath. We expected to enjoy the sound of the ocean from the balcony at night …. The Ocean can barely be heard over the hundreds of croaking frogs in the lagoon of the complex nextdoor… croaking is also heard in the BR when trying to go to sleep. Thank goodness for an elevator! No luggage carts. A week’s supplies of groceries & clothes meant several trips up to the 3rd floor. The doors open to the outside onto slatted wooden walkway…. Painted & uneaten. No inside deadbolt or security lock. We’ve been to HHI about 7 times. (4 condos, 2 houses) This is our first stay oceanfront and by far the worst accommodations ever. Do not spend your money at the Breakers!

The compact layout is typical of many oceanfront villas at The Breakers, and guests are able to view the size and configuration before booking. We also wish these maintenance concerns had been brought to our attention during your stay. We did not receive any reports regarding the bedroom fan, towel rack, shower rod, or window coverings. Had we been notified, we would have gladly sent our maintenance team to inspect these items and address any issues that required attention. As for the sounds from the nearby lagoon, Hilton Head is home to a beautiful coastal ecosystem, and frogs and other wildlife are a natural part of the island experience. While we understand this may not be enjoyable for every guest, it is unfortunately something beyond our control. Thank you for choosing Island Rentals of Hilton Head. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best in your future travels.

It would have been helpful if the listing provided information regarding the size of the unit. Obviously, the view was great, but the unit was extremely small. It is more like a studio apartment. If I was aware of the square footage of this unit, we would not have rented it. I offer my comments as a former owner of a 2-bedroom timeshare (1,350 SF) and frequent renter in Hilton Head for over 20 years. Also, as a corner unit, it became apparent that the large rental property next to The Breakers, added a lot of noise on our deck which was next door to the pool next door. I assumed some basic things and should have done a deeper due diligence. The layout is strange as you open the door and walk into the bedroom. There is no room to place even one piece of luggage. The bathroom is extremely small and minimal room for toiletries. The A/C blower noise when engaged is very noticeable and the airflow is annoying. The kitchen is extremely small; this is the first time we have stayed in a unit that did not have a dishwasher. Ironically, we were provided with dishwasher detergent. I suggest a k-cup type of coffee maker which makes it more efficient for a renter. Very little counter space in the kitchen. Not very conducive to dining in.The parking situation was very challenging. When we arrived back at the unit after an evening out, we had to find a parking space often hundreds of yards from our unit.

Some villas include a dishwasher while others do not due to space limitations. We appreciate you noting the dishwasher detergent and will address this with housekeeping. Your suggestion for a single-serve coffee maker will be shared with the homeowner. Parking is limited to one pass per reservation, as stated in the listing, and overflow parking may occur during busy periods. Many improvements since we last stayed there. Only issue was the shower. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Only problem: I spent more time peeling the shower curtain off my body. Perhaps a bowed shower rod and a medium - heavy duty plastic liner would fix that problem.

So close to the beach!

We always want to stay somewhere that we can hear the waves crashing from our balcony. A lot of the condos in HH are further back from the ocean but this one was perfect! Super easy walk to Coligny Plaza with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Loved this location!

Exceptional condo for two. Balcony view absolutely beautiful. No complaints. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice location and view of the beach

Very nice end unit with great view of the ocean. Unit was a good size for two people. Having access to beach chairs as bikes was a bonus. We enjoyed our stay.
