Located on the top floor, this villa provides wider ocean views than other properties, along with an additional window for more natural light.

As you enter, the modern and open space welcomes you with a floor-to-ceiling renovation featuring subway tile, brushed nickel finishes, and chic beach hues. Open the door to your balcony and be captivated by the soothing sound of waves, the expansive view of the Atlantic, and the renowned beaches of Hilton Head just steps away. Enjoy the convenience of biking or walking to shops, restaurants, and bars, and take a refreshing dip in the on-site pool.

The balcony offers a stunning and relaxing view—watch the sunrise over the ocean every morning, surrounded by the sights and sounds of local birds, rabbits, and squirrels in a well-maintained and quiet community. Many improvements since we last stayed there. Only issue was the shower. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Only problem: I spent more time peeling the shower curtain off my body. Perhaps a bowed shower rod and a medium - heavy duty plastic liner would fix that problem.

Yes it’s newly remodeled and location is superb. Bathroom has not been updated. Fan does not work, slow drainage in shower. Rusted metal flakes on floor in bathroom and sink coming out of rusted fan unit. No dishwasher. Trash can in kitchen the lid was broke and tiny. Couch very uncomfortable. Beach chairs also included with bicycles was a plus. Bring your own bed pillows. Window blinds in bedroom do not fully cover the windows width frame one inch opening on both sides. We lives feeding the bucks every night. Great location. We stay at different units every year at Breakers

Great place to stay for our holiday trip. Space is small but comfortable and met our needs. Beautiful view from the balcony and easy access to the beach. Only thing we didn’t love is that the bedroom is right inside the door so we could hear people walking by to their condos. We spent very little time in the condo so the bedroom opening to the balcony would have been preferred so I could open the patio door and listen to the ocean at night. Just my preference. Everything was clean and well equipped. The kitchen was fine for making breakfast and would be fine for making quick dinners for the two of us

Great place to relax after Christmas

Place was awesome and convenient. Perfect for couple looking to get away or single needing to unwind. Only issue was, iron needs to be replaced as there appears to be a short. Otherwise, I will book this unit again.

So close to the beach!

We always want to stay somewhere that we can hear the waves crashing from our balcony. A lot of the condos in HH are further back from the ocean but this one was perfect! Super easy walk to Coligny Plaza with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Loved this location!

A great couples get away

This was a perfect place for my husband and myself. We walked to rode the bikes provided to dinner every night. Perfect location. Had everything we needed. The beach chairs were very convenient and we bought an umbrella and left it there for the next visitors.

Better than we remembered!

Fantastic access to beach and shops. No driving needed! Thankfully the elevator was near our room. Years ago we would have to use the stairs, now in our 60's we have an option.

Great location

Nicely decorated. While we loved the location, the unit was not what was expected. There isn’t a screen on the balcony slider door so we could not keep the door open to hear the ocean and feel the fresh air. We had confirmed with the property manager prior to booking that there was a screen but please know that there isn’t one. The comforter was dirty and the bathroom floor wasn’t cleaned.

Short get away to HHI

We love visiting the area, and decided to try VRBO instead of a hotel. We were not disappointed. The view from the deck overlooking the beach/ocean is amazing. Very clean place, comfortable bed, living area is small but cute and cozy, nice size deck to sit out on. Our only difficulty is that we both had to work a little while there and the WiFi is kinda slow. Thank you for the beautiful stay!
