Room For Everyone! Walk to the Beach!

Amaroo Beach House is a five bedroom house with an attached two bedroom unit (with kitchenette) that can comfortably sleep ten guests.

Located at leafy Rainbow Shores, the beach house is only a 200 metre walk to the surf beach with the bush track accessible from your back yard.

The house features:

- two living areas
- multiple televisions
- two dining rooms
- spacious kitchen with microwave
- ceiling fans
- two bathrooms
- laundry with washing machine and ironing board

The house has established tropical gardens, an in ground pool and backs onto natural bushland abundant with bird life.

The house sleeps ten in two x queen size beds, one x double bed, two x single beds.

The unit features:
- kitchenette
- dining area
- bathroom
- easy access to the main house

The unit has one queen size bed, one double/single combination bunk and one single bed.

Entire property sleeps ten guests maximum in total.


* Please be aware that this property is in a residential area with neighbours who live close by permanently. Please be mindful and courteous with regard to this situation.

Please note that (unless specified in the description) our holiday properties are not supplied with linen. Properties are supplied with doonas/doona covers or blankets as well as pillows; however, you will need to BYO or hire linen from our office including: sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, face washers.

Babies or toddlers sleeping in a portacot or bassinet are not included in the maximum occupancy.

Portacots and high chairs can also be hired at an additional cost.
Please supply your own personal and household items such as washing powder, soap, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Pet friendly properties are not all fully fenced, please refer to the individual property description. If you intend to bring a pet with you, please note that there is an additional 50 per pet levy payable.

Fabulous family beach house.

Our family stayed at Sandy Feet holiday home and what a fabulous choice it was. With 5 adults and 3 children it was the perfect destination. The outdoor terrace and the pool with a lush background of green foliage were a delight and we spent many hours enjoying this space.! The open plan living area was spacious and user friendly with everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us. .

Very large holiday house

The house was great for a large group,very small TV for a lot of people barbecue was broken ,overall it was lovely but no mirror in the unit bathroom was inconvenient and a little strange.the back yard could have used a clean up

well when we first walked into the house the floors were dirty, our feet were black after 5 minutes of walking around inside so we had to sweep out and mop before everyone turned up.only one tv worked out of 3, only one remote had batteries in it also, tried batteries in all remotes but only one tv worked.cockroaches on plates in cupboard, rewashed all plates, cuttlery , cups etc before we used them.water leaking through several areas in house when it rained.ouside area on entry had black mould on concrete , very slippery , one of the kids slipped over.upstairs shower overflows if you have more then a 2 minute shower.

The location was excellent, the pool was wonderful for the children. However the house was not up to scratch. Shower in unit bathroom flooded both the bathroom and the bedroom next door. The problem was not fixed during our stay No washing machine for 1/2 Our stay Fridge was leaking No shelves in bar fridge Large hot plate on stove not working 1 electric fry pan not working Lawn not mowed garden unkempt. TV reception not great but not a problem for us House needs a good spring clean

Great value for money. Beautiful house in a great location.

House is huge! Nice pool area. Nice bush walk to the beach. Close enough to catch the courtesy bus or taxi into town. Plenty of beds, toilets, bathrooms, plates, cups utensils etc. Fridge is huge! Real estate was amazing to deal with. Would definitely consider this house again!

Awesome Amaroo

had all my wife and I wanted to spend time with the children and grandchildren, though there is no Wifi which caused some anx with the grandchildren was all the adults wanted as we were able to spend more time outdoors with the grand children, which they enjoyed. Location was great just wish I had visited Inskip, which was not far away, at the start of our stay. Of note the trees surrounding the house caused to much shade which made the house a bit dark.

Great house, a little out-dated with some things but room for everyone, beautiful location and surroundings. Easy walk to the beach or longer walk to local shops. Peaceful neighbourhood. Would definitely return.

Things to fix

This house could be so much better if - they were more than 8 forks between both houses! - lights were checked and replaced, too many are not working, - please buy glasses, they are all mostly different, not 1 single proper wine glass and not enough glasses, - toilet paper in all toilets (if this isn’t meant to be included I apologise)
