Manyana Dunes is the perfect holiday retreat all year round! The pristine Manyana beach with its great surf break is located within an easy flat level 2 minute walk from your front door, and not too far away are many bushwalking trails with abundant bird and wildlife to impress you. This beautifully appointed beach house features high quality finishes, fitted with everything you require for a coastal getaway great for 2-3 families or up to 6 couples.

Nearby is the town of Lake Conjola with its gentle waters and Lake Berringer with its recently rejuvenated boat ramp which is the perfect spot to launch your small boat, canoe or kayak. If you are more interested in deep sea fishing, then Bendalong is the place for you with its great facilities and location. Just a 3 minute drive away, it is well worth the look and you might even get to feed the local stingrays which have become a tourist attraction over the years.

Manyana itself is a special place, mainly untouched with an "off the grid feel" that will bring back memories of what yesteryear was like. You will love the only café in the area for its great coffee and home cooked food, well worth the 10 minute walk through the bush to get there. Kids are not forgotten, there is a sports field to kick the footy around and there is even a skate park, basketball and tennis courts to enjoy. A recent addition for the young ones is the great children's playground, all just around the corner

The house is very spacious with multiple living and entertaining areas including a beautiful timber deck with BBQ which leads to an open fire pit for those winter nights. The contemporary, Hamptons style kitchen, dining and living area is bright and airy with all the comforts required to make your stay enjoyable. The 3 sets of bifold doors at the rear of the house when opened, welcomes in the landscaped backyard to further create a tranquil relaxing experience.

There are 6 bedrooms, 4 have ensuites with the remaining 2 bedrooms sharing a full size family bathroom . There is balcony upstairs with views to the foot of the sand dunes and a couple of chairs to relax in whilst taking in the morning sun enjoying a cup of tea.

The historic town of Milton is a 25 minute drive away and well worth a look, a bit further on you will reach the seaside town of Ulladulla. There is much to like about Manyana and the immediate area, the locals will surely tell you about it when you meet them when your out and about.
