This spacious home features ducted air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, ensuring a cool and pleasant stay all year round.
The open plan living and dining area is the heart of the house, seamlessly connecting to a modern, well equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a convenient butler's pantry. Ideal for preparing family meals or casual gatherings.
Large stacking doors open onto a covered outdoor entertaining area, complete with a BBQ and ample seating. Enjoy stunning water views while dining alfresco or simply relaxing with a drink in hand.
For boating enthusiasts, this property offers a private mooring and is located just a short distance from a boat ramp, making it effortless to explore the waterways.
And for those looking for some extra fun, three kayaks are available for you to enjoy at your leisure, adding to the overall waterfront experience.
You can enjoy a wide range of local activities like sailing, kayaking, paddleboarding, snorkeling, diving and dolphin or whale watching tours. The rich marine life and clear waters attract nature lovers from all over.
Just a short drive from the world famous Hyams Beach and the very special Booderee National Park, as well as the vibrant town of Huskisson, where you can explore boutique shops, trendy cafes and restaurants.
