Great location

Great location and views property could do with a makeover as it’s very dated but it was very cosy, taking linen was also a little tricky when you live so far away and a few maintenance issues that need fixing but other than that we have a lovely stay and great time with family.

Very sharp broken tile in tv area. Quite dangerous. Smart tv would have helped. Hot water in upstairs shower leaking at base so had to use downstairs shower.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This holiday house is really not fancy but it is a lovely place to stay set high up on the hill close to town and the shops with ocean views and lots of windows. We love staying here and have stayed here a couple of times now and although it’s not new an needs a need a bit of an update - it is always clean and has a homey holiday feel - we love it

Special family time

We spent Easter at Ninetta's place with our adult children, partners and one grandchild. It was comfortable, laid back, and enjoyable. We loved being so close to the beach, walking and swimming every day. The view of the ocean and the horizon are uplifting, even from the edge of the bed in the morning.The house is old, with basic furnishings. The most appealing features are the location, views and lots of natural light through the upstairs living spaces and bedrooms.It was clean and tidy, the beds are reasonably comfortable, the hot water works, and the kitchen has the essential supplies.We would stay here again.

tv reception did not work . stain on floor by door to balcony old barbecue and outdoor furniture dumped in garden garden not maintained . address shown on details as street not road . location beautiful . would not stay here again
