Nestled on the edge of the Indian Ocean and a hop, skip and jump to the beach, this timeless 5 Bedroom classic has been custom refurbished to provide a practical, stylish, Modern and relaxing holiday experience for groups of up to 12 people including the family pet. ( Fully fenced back yard $250 pet bond applicable).

Two separate residences with ocean views, games room (pool, darts & table tennis) With timber bar, a sheltered lawn perfect for outdoor cricket and a north facing balcony are some of the features on this expansive corner block just an hour’s drive north of Perth.
The perfect getaway for all ages!

Reviewer Comments: Absolutely perfect setup for a bunch of Hockey ladies to enjoy celebrating the end of an awesome season together, the garden and games room and 3 verandah areas meant everyone could spread out and do what they wanted to have fun or relax and there was awesome facilities in the house and kitchen to cater for big groups, such cool features and decor, very good location to walk to the beach and really cool to have 2 kitchens for large groups too, cannot wait to return next year! Thank you!

Large property not much parking space

We stay in Guilderton every year and we absolutely love it, as our family has grown over the years this was a fantastic large property and pet friendly "bonus" the only down fall was not much parking.

Spacious, clean and comfortable

Fully equipped with plenty of space for families and pets. The games room was amazing for the teens. Basic cooking essentials eg oil, cling film, condiments etc was supplied. The properly was comfortable and clean. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend this property.

The kitchen has everything you need and a very well-equipped laundry. The beds are very comfortable, the lounge area promotes relaxtion with comfy couches, huge TV screen, and wifi to watch all your favourite shows or movies. We spent a lot of time sitting on the veranda upstairs sipping on our wine & enjoying the sound of the beach. Our two dogs had a wonderful time having never been to the beach before!We will definitely rebook, and if anyone is looking to completely wind down, this is the place.

Fabulous stay

We had a lovely time staying at this property only a short walk to the river and beach. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were great not to mention the separate games room it was awesome such a great property with lots of space, we loved it.

The upstairs and downstairs worked a treat for 2 family with kids and elderly grandparents. The bedrooms were comfortable, well equipped kitchen, multiple living spaces and great outdoor space. The kids were thrilled with the games room!So many added value to the property like the bbq, pizza oven, laundry room. The only comment would be if the bathrooms could be updated and the projector working in the games room.
