The Space:

Accommodating up to 10 guests (with sofa bed), this home features an open plan design perfect for entertaining, with two interconnected spaces. The interiors are made to feel bright and open with huge floor to ceiling windows which welcomes in an abundance of natural light. Hardwood floors and white walls adorn the downstairs areas.



The main lounge features a gas log fire and large entertainment area with TV, and collection of boardgames for your enjoyment. Seperate to the lounge is a dining area large enough to seat a full house, second gas log fire and fully stocked kitchen complete with dishwasher, large oven, gas stove and island bench with stool seating.



Like the rest of the home, the bedrooms are bright with clean white walls and modern furnishings, each with stunning scenic views. The ensuite and main bathroom are contemporary and functional, both featuring spa baths, heated towel rails and large walk in showers. A third bathroom is located downstairs with an additional walk in shower for guests convenience. Ducted and hydronic heating, gas log fires, and air conditioning maintain a comfortable temperature whatever the weather.



Outside, there are multiple balconies and entertaining areas to enjoy the best views in Daylesford. To the rear of the property is a private courtyard with lounge seating and BBQ area tucked amongst the trees with your own private access to the Wombat Hill Botanic Gardens.

The Neighborhood:

Daylesford and surrounding region has long been considered a special place of healing, relaxation and indulgence. Located just under an hour and a half from Melbourne, the region is home to some of Australia’s most spectacular natural landscapes brimming with native flora and fauna. Getting Around:

There is a limited bus service operating between our beautiful towns. The PTV website will provide the most up to date schedule/timetable. There is a taxi and maxi-taxi local service which can be contacted. Unfortunately Uber has not quite reached us yet!

Please advise us at time of booking if you require any changes to the default bed configuration. Changes should be requested no later than 14 days before checkin please.



Different booking and travel platforms often use varying terms and language for spa-style bathing features. To avoid any confusion, please note that Daybreaker features 2 x indoor spa baths, rather than an outdoor hot tub.



External CCTV is in operation at this property for security when guests are not in-house.

All properties are equipped with safe alternative heating options for your comfort, and during this period we do not supply wood or kindling.
