The Space:
Enter the apartment via a short hallway into a spacious open-plan dining/living room with an entire wall of floor-to- ceiling windows, showcasing a sensational view of Melbourne’s CBD (Downtown) . The dining area has a table seating 6, as well as another table and chair which can be used as a work station. A separate kitchen off this space comes equipped with a coffee-maker, 4-burner gas stove top, under-bench oven, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge. The dining area then flows through to the living space with a large, wall-mounted ‘Smart’ TV, an occasional chair and a sofa which converts to a bed for 1, bringing the total sleeping capacity of the apartment to 5 people if desired. This dining/living area is carpeted throughout and has a wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-conditioner to keep it a comfortable temperature all year round. The wall of windows has block-out blinds allowing you to control the light, while a glass sliding door leads out to a balcony overlooking Bourke Street, with its own table setting for 2 people and east-facing views of the CBD, including Southern Cross Station.
There are 2 carpeted bedrooms, both with built-in mirrored wardrobes and floor-to-ceiling windows, again featuring those expansive east-facing city views and block-out blinds for comfort. The master bedroom has a queen sized bed and its own en-suite with a shower, while the second bedroom comes with 2 single beds which can be pushed together to create a queen-sized bed if needed. The main bathroom has a bathtub with combined shower and also houses a washing machine and separate dryer.
The building complex itself offers a swimming pool, fully-equipped gym, 2 tennis courts and a terrace with barbecue. There’s also a dedicated paid parking space for 1 car.

It's also in an ideal location for public transport, with Melbourne’s iconic trams just outside the building and Southern Cross train station only a 3 minute stroll away, offering metropolitan, regional and interstate services. Southern Cross is also where you can catch the ‘Skybus’ to and from Melbourne’sTullamarine Airport, for both domestic and international flights.

* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* We can arrange parking for your stay for $35 per night.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
* Extra $40/night will be charged for guests after 4 or if the sofa bed needs to be prepared.
*If you are eligible for a full refund as per our cancellation policy, a processing fee of $50 still applies.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
