This is a fun house to rent at Folly Beach. We were 7 women friends and there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Having the kitchen on different levels wasn't a problem since we spent a lot of time on the screen porch eating. It was a big plus not hauling groceries up the steps. The proximity to the beach is great, just two blocks away and the metal erosion control barriers are great at low tide to sit and be out of the wind on the beach. We love the three sofas upstairs in the living room where everyone could gather in the evening to watch TV. We had a great time and would definitely return again.

This house suited our group perfectly. The host was very thorough in check-in and out processes, they were highly communicative, and the property was on a quiet street, close to the beach, and a quick 10 minute walk to center street.

The property was great overall! I do wish they had one more bathroom for a larger group, and a walkway from the parking area to the house. The kitchen, front porch, and upstairs areas were amazing. Location was perfect. Beds were comfortable. Would stay again!

Great location and nice house close to beach

The check in process was so easy and the rental company was very responsive. The layouts of the bathrooms is a little odd and the outdoor shower was a little musty. We never used it. Overall, a great house and location for the price.

Great house & great location

We were a group of four adults and two 13 year olds. This house had plenty of space and was furnished perfectly. The large enclosed porch was great to sit in and have coffee. We walked to town and to the beach; so easy. Our communications with the hosts were answered quickly. Highly recommended as a place to stay. Charleston was easy to access from here.
