Founders Pointe – Slopeside Studio at Winter Park Resort with Mountain Views

​​​​​​​Welcome to Founders Pointe, a premier ski-in/ski-out style condominium complex located directly across from the Winter Park Resort Base Village. With the 10-person gondola just 200 yards from the lobby, this location provides unbeatable slope access—perfect for coming back to warm up, enjoy lunch, or unwind before heading back out.
Base Village dining, shopping, après-ski spots, and activities are just steps away, and the free shuttle across the street provides quick access to downtown Winter Park.
This fourth-floor studio sleeps up to four guests and offers peek-a-boo views of the resort and a direct overlook of the amenity deck.

Great week at Winter Park

The property was "as advertised" and we were very happy with our stay. Super close to the gondola, plenty of space for me and my 2 boys, soft beds, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect! The hot tub was appreciated after skiing. While the kitchenette is small for making meals, it was still doable. Our family made several meals to minimize going out. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Skiing

The property was just as described and depicted in the listing. The condo was clean when we arrived. The bed was comfy, the small kitchenette was perfect. The location is excellent for skiing/boarding. We just walked across the street to the gondola, not more than a 4-5 minute walk. The newly-completed hot tub was great after a day on the slopes. My son and I had a great stay and would recommend this property.

The property was exactly as described. Short walk across the street to the Gondola. Hot tub was huge which is excellent after a full day of skiing. Only issue we had was the toilet leaked the night before checkout.

Loved it; I'd absolutely stay here again.

This unit is CLEAN, quiet and organized with ample amenities inside the condo, along with a nice pool, hot tub, ski locker and heated garage (laundry facilities are on the 3rd floor if needed). It's a short walk to the gondi/lifts and restaurants. If we had ANY questions they were quickly answered. We had the unit code and garage door code BEFORE we arrived which is VERY helpful. I don't know the owner(s) and I don't write reviews, however, this little gem was worth a shout out.

Winterpark

The place we stayed was great as advertised; there is no air conditioning but cracking open the windows and using the ceiling fan was perfect. We accidentally broke two glasses. We apologize. One comment I would make is that I have gone to Winterpark 6 years in a row. The service in the local establishments at the resort has plummeted. Wait staff were just indifferent and rude. They need additional training.

Great location and great condo/studio

Property management was very flexible. Booked the condo during the “great freeze” where temperature dropped to minus 35 degrees and we’re flexible enough to allow us to rebook day later. Great location and 5 minute walk to the Winter Park ski resort. Very convenient! Clean condo.
