Our 3 bedroom Summer Retreat! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you need for a truly unforgettable experience. Enjoy jaw-dropping views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami that are sure to leave you in awe. With South Miami Beach just a 3-mile distance away you can indulge in the sun and sand of Miami Beach, while still enjoying the dynamic energy of downtown Miami. It's truly the best of both worlds, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Please Note: Lobby Renovations in Progress

The building lobby is currently undergoing renovations. While the work is ongoing, full access to the building remains available—though navigation may be slightly confusing at times. All businesses in the lobby are open as usual.

To assist you, clear signage will be posted to help guide you in and out with ease. Rest assured, no noise from the renovations can be heard from inside the condos, and your stay will not be interrupted in any way.

Residential Swimming Pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations. During pool closure period:

***The Jacuzzi, along with the remaining Pool Deck and Solarium, will be open and accessible during normal operating hours for your continued enjoyment.

***We are pleased to announce that, through our special arrangements, a limited number of residents and guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the Pool at the Marriott Hotel. We have secured a limited number of passes per day and will be offered on a first come first serve basis.

***Pool passes for the Marriott Pool will be available at the DoubleTree Front Desk, recently relocated to the RG Level in the Key Largo Meeting Room.

***Please note that the Marriott Pool passes are not personal and must be returned to the DoubleTree Front Desk after each use so they can be reissued to other residents and guests. This helps ensure fair and continued access for everyone.

***The number of available passes will be monitored and adjusted based on demand.

With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, Summer Retreat! is the perfect getaway. Summer Retreat! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults + children (15 years of age or younger), making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends.

As you step into Summer Retreat!, you are immediately immersed in a world of luxury and impeccable attention to detail. The third interior bedroom is situated right by the entrance, offering a cozy and intimate space that guests simply adore. Although it doesn't have any windows, this bedroom is a hidden gem, especially for those who appreciate a peaceful and uninterrupted sleep. Equipped with a full-size bed and cable TV, you can catch up on some much-needed rest after a long night out in the vibrant city of Miami.

The fully renovated kitchen with an open concept design, has everything you need to channel your inner chef. Publix grocery store is only 1/2 block away, so making meals just got easier. There is also a washer/dryer so going home with dirty laundry is just not an option.

Step into the dining area of Summer Retreat! and gather around the table with seating for four to share stories of your Miami adventures. The space is enhanced by a magnificent floor-to-ceiling mirror that reflects the beauty of the condo, making it seem even more spacious and grandiose.
