Avec une vue imprenable, frontale et dégagée sur la baie de Biscayne, ce condo unique de 1 400 pieds carrés vous captivera. Deux chambres et 2 salles de bains, espace de vie ouvert avec baies vitrées et cuisine entiÚrement équipée. Armoires italiennes, comptoirs en marbre, il comprend un lave-vaisselle Bosch, des appareils haut de gamme Wolf & Subzero et une laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur.

Téléviseurs LED Smart HD 65 "dans le salon + deux TV Smart HD 50" dans chaque chambre, chacune avec 240 chaßnes, y compris HBO et Showtime, et connectée à Internet pour regarder vos favoris sur Netflix ou Hulu. It should have been a 5 star...

Large and spacious apartment with two bedrooms and breathtaking views. Large swimming pool which made our son very happy. Nice location with easy access to several places to visit. We opted for the Uber to avoid the exorbitant parking fees. Now let's talk about the cons : When we arrived we noticed that the apartment had been partially cleaned. The owners immediately took action to send someone to complete the cleaning and offered us a $ 100 discount as compensation. Unfortunately, it's the first impression that counts the most and arriving in a non cleaned apartment during a pandemic is far from reassuring. The apartment has the potential for a 5 star and the owners seem to have real customer care but I would recommend a greater focus on the cleaning process and maybe establishing inspection routines as clearly cleaning is done on the surface only and excellence lies in the details ... Good luck and thanks again for your efforts to make us happy!

This property was outstanding. The location, accomodations and amenities all surpassed our expectations. The floor to ceiling windows on 2 sides of the condo provided a panoramic view of the water. The location enabled us to walk to many great restaurants. I give it 5 stars . Would stay there again when visiting Miami.

Location was excellent, in the heart of Brickell with spectacular views. The apartment itself was good but not very clean - clumps of hair were found in multiple spots upon arrival, along with noticeable dust/dirt. Check-in contact seemed like we were bothering her whenever we saw in person, def lacking in customer service.

Beautiful View Terrible Service

Four adults staying for vacation trip. First was directions to place poor, when arriving the entire group had a long check in process requiring pictures of our IDs plus personal pictures and the same at the pool and the spa they did not have valet parking for us so we had to meet with another person to park the next street over. No one to help with luggage, and they only let you park for 10 min to unload and weren’t pleasant. We had four adults and only got 2 elevator keys making it difficult. We asked for coffee pods right at check in. After they said they would be delivered we did not get them til after 11 the next day so we had to walk down to raccoon and get coffee- wit took like 8 texts to get them. Dishwasher was broke with water sitting in it- we had to wait for maintenance.There were no directions on how to use the TV or remotes. Chairs around table are unsteady and wobble, cooking pans poor. The highlight is the views- gorgeous. The spa and pool are exceptional.The pool staff was fantastic. There are too many choices in this area to stay here again. Myexceptional. Everything as described – very comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with beautiful views of the water and city. We were able to request reserved parking in a nearby building and that was very helpful. Great stay, thank you!

The VIEWS!!! A gem! Would stay here again!

Wow, THE VIEWS! You will hear me stay this over and over again, THE VIEWS! Let's start with the booking - super easy process, great communication from hosts and on-site management staff. The on-site manage staff Debora was great. We were able to pull up front. Definitely prepay for the parking in the garage just a block down. Convenient and in-out privileges. Never had an issue finding a space. The unit was immaculate and very well stocked. The only issue we had was that the soap in the master bath was out. I tested Debora and they came and filled it immediately. The even provided a few dishwasher and laundry tablets. The wine and bottles of water were a nice touch too. THE VIEWS! The furnishings were clean and comfortable. Pictures on VRBO are very accurate. Nice pool area, neighborhood is safe and there are soo many areas to walk around besides water. Great location in Brickell. 30 minutes from a beach at a Bill Boggs State Park. I am starting to run our of space on this review, so all I am going to say is that we would book this unit again in a heartbeat. Miami is on our return list of vacation spots.

Never disappoints

We have stayed at this condo before and it's nice to see some updates. The pictures do not look exactly the same as the condo because they have updated some linens, seating, etc. all for the better. There weren't any issues, and we walked everywhere. Management was prompt in communicating and the extra towels and blankets were much appreciated.

Incredible view and amenities

This apartment is just as wonderful as the listing suggests, spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The views from the living/dining room, bedrooms, and kitchen are amazing. The MVR staff were very helpful and accomadating. We loved the pool, which is incredibly spacious so never felt crowded. Location is perfect for exploring Brickell and downtown, a 15 minute drive to Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne for its beaches and golf, and South Beach. We visited the Frost Center, Bayside, and Viscaya while there. Wynnewood walls and some museums are close by as well. Lots of shopping and options for food in the area. Our favorite restaurant was Baby Jane, almost right across the street. Publix and Whole Foods are close enough to walk to. I stayed for 2 nights with my spouse and teenage daughter and we all wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to stay again.

Great location. Wonderful stay

We had an absolutely delightful stay. The rooms were not only spacious but immaculate. The pool and spa were both fantastic. Additionally, we were thoroughly impressed with the location, which was conveniently close to all the attractions we had on our list. The rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings. The beds were comfortable and the linens were soft and clean. The bathrooms were also spotless, which is always a big plus for me when staying in a rental property. One of my favorite amenities at this property was definitely the pool. It was large, clean, and just the right temperature. The pool area also had plenty of lounge chairs for guests to relax in. But what really made our stay special was the location of this property. It was situated perfectly, close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit. Overall, I highly recommend staying at this property if you're planning a trip to this area. The location, amenities, and overall quality make it a great choice. Plus, the helpful and friendly staff at Miami Vacation rentals made the booking process seamless and stress-free.

The apartment was beautiful and well equipped. The views are as expected. Brickell area has lots of nice restaurants close by. Brickell area totally walkable as well as just walking over downtown. Pool area that comes with the condo is great!

First time in Miami

We had some days in between a family event and vacation and this property was the perfect place for us. The pool was gorgeous, views were fantastic and my sons loved the gym ! Highly recommended !

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Our sophisticated proprietary technical platform enables us to serve you better.

Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
