The pool was wonderful. The house, itself, is not bad- but it’s not great either. Dirty bedding in the kids rooms, dirty walls throughout, dirty (grease covered) dishes in the cupboards. And so many broken things throughout the house. Potential to be a beautiful house with a little TLC!

Great stay!

Pool was clean, nice and warm! Beds were very comfortable as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Highly Recommend

If you want a place close to the parks and attractions, a place that is spacious and is filled with everything you need and more, has a game room, and a heated pool, this is your place! The themeing throughout the house was adorable. The game room was a lot of fun. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of supplies (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, towels, beach towels) and toys! The pool was clean and warm. The LED lights around the pool were perfect for night swims. Check-in was hassle free and it was in a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again!

Will be back

Had the pleasure of staying here for just over a week (feb 6 - 15) and am hoping to return. I have 4 kids (2, 4, 6 and 8 year old) and they all had an absolute blast. Each room is decorated around a specific disney theme. The place is clean, has everything you need and the backyard heated pool was great. The garage has been converted into a games room, and was also a hit for the kids! They provide a playstation with over 50 games. We spent quite a while looking for a place with a pool, and that seemed kid friendly. If you have young kids (or even if you don't) I would highly recommend this place. Thanks for the experience, and hope to be back next year!

A Home Away from Home

This beautiful home was truly a home away from home! It had everything we needed and more. I was very impressed with how everything was labeled and available. The washer and dryer was user-friendly, the pool area was safe and secure, the Disney Theme was exactly what was pictured, the kids really enjoyed the theme, toys, and dress-up. It is located in a nice area as well! The stove does cook super fast so food should always be cooked at a very low temperature. We wish we would’ve had more time there because it’s so much to do! The property would definitely help us save money! From the game room/garage area to the game station, to the large movie section. I can tell a lot of work, effort and organization had been put into this property. It was definitely motivation for us.

Awful experience! Property manager was a 0! NOT recommended

So we arrived and found MANY things wrong with the place. Pool no heated (there was an issue with the heater as it turns out that was not fixed), playroom in garage looks great on pictures but pool table not usable, air hockey table NOT working properly. We ran out of toilet paper on day 2. Property manager told us that’s our problem. REALLY? We paid that much to be told that? I rent all the time and we have never had this happen before. Pots & pans were barely useable, washing machine has a really bad smell coming from it, no dish soap (well they had left us with just enough for 1 use), absolutely no pair of scissors in the house, recycling and garbage pick up information was wrong in the binder. We brought all of these things up with property manager who absolutely didn’t care. Oh and speaking of him, he wouldn’t answer our call at first. I had to leave a few voicemails for him to call us back. When he called us back, he apologize for not answering, telling us he didn’t recognize the number so he didn’t answer. WHAT???? You are a property manager, who will get calls from unknown telephone numbers all the time. And you choose not to answer? I couldn’t believe it. I do not recommend using this property or any with that property manager. As mentioned before, we rent homes on a regular basis and have NEVER ran into such a rude and uncaring person. We left 1 day early and asked to have this night refunded since we had so many problems and he wouldn’t even consider it. That probably would have saved us from these comments or returning. We are looking to return next year but will NOT deal with the same company.

Amazing for our large family.

This house was sooooo amazing for our large family! Our kids loved the decor, the toys, the dress up clothes, and the pool! The waffle and popcorn makers were great touches and everyone having their own TV was a great way to settle down after a busy Disney day! I didn’t find where the pool cover was until the day we left, which I’m sure would have helped keep the heat in and insulated it better (it was around in one of the side yards during our visit), so the pool was a little bit on the cooler side (but my kids didn’t mind!) Our master bed was a little firm (but that’s just a personal preference!) I thoroughly enjoyed soaking in the large master tub as well! Thanks for an amazing experience!

Great if you don’t want a kitchen

Nice location and pool. Biggest MAJOR issue was we weren’t informed prior to checkin that the fridge was out. We bought groceries so we didn’t have to pay Disney prices all week but were surprised by room temperature milk and sodas, no ice, soggy pizza rolls, melted ice cream and random water shooting out of the dispenser (for which there was no switch). Also disappointed by the request to start laundry/dishwasher but no detergent provided for either. Also no light fixtures in the kids rooms.

The house was exactly as shown. The decor in the home was perfect for our Disney experience and the kids absolutely loved it! Super close to Disney, grocery stores and other quick shops within minutes. Pool was warm which made everyone happy! We already want to book again for our next trip!

Great experience for first time travelers.

The property was clean. We had adequate kitchen supplies. The waffle maker didn’t work but that was minor. The air conditioning was a little cooler than I like but we had blankets to use. We enjoyed the pool! My grandson loved all the costumes and themed rooms! A nice place to stay with kids! And the game room was pretty awesome!

Overall Great Stay

This villa is well priced, in a great area and has Amazon themed rooms, very spacious the pool was a great addition. The cable was spotty but we were warned ahead of time! There was plenty of space for kids to play, and costumes for them to use! Walmart is close as well as a gas station. Great communication with the contact person, he was very timely with getting back to me. Overall great stay!
