With no close neighbours, this place is perfect if you're looking for some downtime and fresh mountain air. It’s an easy drive to the nearby towns of Bright (14 km) and Harrietville (12 km), where you'll find great local food and a friendly country vibe.

If you're up for some outdoor fun, you're in the right spot. The Murray to Mountains Rail Trail is just outside your door and the Ovens River is nearby for a refreshing dip. From mountain biking and dirt biking to skiing and fishing, there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained, or simply kick back and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

The main house has a practical open-plan layout with a kitchen, dining and living area featuring a wood heater for cosy nights in. The large deck outside is perfect for summer BBQs and watching the stars come out.

There are three comfortable queen bedrooms in the main house, and a separate barn adds extra space with its own queen bedroom, a simple bathroom and a large laundry. This makes it great for bigger groups or families who need a bit more room.

The barn also has a bunkroom that kids will love, with bunks, a comfy lounge area, beanbags and a TV to keep them entertained. It’s got its own wood heater and easy access to the rustic barn bathroom, plus a short path that connects it to the main house.

With plenty to do and space for everyone, this holiday spot is a solid choice for a relaxing getaway. Whether you're here for the adventure or just to chill, it’s a place where you can make memories that’ll bring you back year after year.

All bedding, linen and bath towels are provided. BYO river/pool towels.

Pricing for this property is based on a whole house rate which includes 13 guests.

You will be supplied with an allocation of 1 night's firewood, if extra wood is required you will need to purchase it yourself.
The property does have ample heating inside besides the wood heater *.

*Please note: Due to OH&S and the safety of our cleaning staff, bunks at the property won’t be made up on arrival, the appropriate linen will be left folded up at the end of the bed*

Cleaning Policy

For any cleaning issues, we ask that you report any concern with 24hrs of arrival to the office.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.
