Great location & value

I stayed here as a base for day hiking the Tahoe Rim and Pacific Crest Trails. The unit was competitively priced and is close to shopping in Incline Village. Located in an older, quiet complex, it's relatively basic compared to what you could spend a lot more for in the area, but it really has everything you need, including a washer/dryer combo in addition to newer kitchen applicances and garage parking beneath the building. Clean, comfortable, and a great value in a pricey area.

Such a great find!

My family and I booked this property for a NYE getaway. This place had everything we needed for our stay, was clean, and the host, Edward was super responsive! This gem was close to restaurants, stores, and snow! This is a must stay!

Great location, spacious for two

We stayed a week, remote working/leisure. The WiFi was great. The location is great, close to many well-known destinations in N. Tahoe area and we got to see sunset everyday from different locations. Property manager was great. Left the lights on before we checked in and when we had a minor technical issue with the TV, he rushed back from Reno to help us. Loved the 2 baths and ensuite laundry and the cute day bed/office setup. Definitely recommend.

Comfy place to call home in the center of Incline Village

The condo was perfect for my long weekend getaway. Seamless check-in and check-out with keyless entry and covered parking under the building. The condo has all the comforts of home, and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. The bed was not too firm, the shower was big and had plenty of hot water, the thermostats in each room allowed me to adjust the temps easily, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and the bedroom stays dark thanks to the outside overhang.I do recommend earplugs for sleeping, as the street noise is quite loud and the walls are thin (the building was very quiet & empty when I was there, but I knew exactly when the upstairs neighbor was moving around, if someone was using the elevator, when a car drove by, etc).

Perfect!

Two adults and one child and it was perfect! This condo is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator or stair access. The kitchen was fully and I mean fully stocked with everything you need! I enjoyed a lovely cup of coffee and my choice of mug first thing every morning on the quiet deck. My daughter had a blast with the games, especially the dominos. The queen bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were great. We didn't use the daybed, but it was very cute and I'm sure comfortable.We weren't in the condo much of the time, so we didn't dive too much into the tv or fireplace. Washer and dryer work great, master shower is fantastic and having all the amenities there was a big help since we flew in and didn't bring our own. Easy access to everything in Incline Village, the lake, Carson City and Reno. We were in town for a graduation in Carson, so we certainly worked our way up and down the mountain a lot. Edward was super responsive to anything we needed, which wasn't much! He left the lights on for us since we were getting in late.
