1st Floor has male and female Sauna's, Gym , outdoor large swimming pool , Heated Spar and large covered BBQ area and lovely gardens

Delightful aspect with large balcony and 180 degree view of beach and ocean. Hospitable host and pooch happy with her bed on tiled floor. Certainly would recommend it.

Sensationally located apartment

Excellent stay here, everything you could need is provided. Micheal (the host) lives a few apartments away and is always available for any help you may need. Lovely having our elderly caboodle enjoy the stay too. We’ll be back, thank you!!

Great location!

Great location close to beach and shops. The host Michael was lovely and very helpful. The apartment had everything provided... sheets, towels, toiletries etcWe will differently be back.Highly recommended!

Very comfortable stay in the heart of Surfers Paradise.We were there for Cyclone Alfred 2025, nothing flooded including the garage underneath.Host stayed in touch with us as weather developed to ensure everything was OK.

Fantastic location - great host!

Michael was very helpful and generous with information. The property is full of conveniences such as shampoo, coffee, tea etc which is very thoughtful. The location is amazing, the views are great. Everything was as described and we will definitely return.

Excellent views

Thulis was a beautiful pause in our busy life. Lovely views of the foreshore, and esplande. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Eating options so plentiful and close. Public transport close by. An amazing stay, and the manager was so helpful, thankyou Michael.

Great location and view

Location and view were amazing. Only thing we would change is there was too much owners personal creams and perfumes etc around the unit. Otherwise would recommend.

Comfortable stay

Wonderful view of the beach. Very clean property with comfortable bed. Couch lacked support but chair was good. Position to everything was excellent.

Heart of Surfers

Incredible position, heart of surfers, right next to main shopping, Cavill Ave, restaurants, and beach front. Host Michael fabulous comunicator, and cares about his unit, including fully stocked items such as sunscreen, toiletries, etc, etc. Great amenities too...pool, spa, etc. Not a new building, but very comfortable. Incredibly well priced for all it gives.

Happy times, superb hosts

We spent a wonderful, happy time at this beautiful unit. The location is superb, close to the beach, shopping centres and restaurants. The unit itself is spotless, very well maintained and a pleasure to spend time in. It has all the necessary facilities in perfect condition. The host was kind, friendly and, in my view, one of nature’s gentlemen. He and his wife were very generous and helpful. They made our stay there very special and I hope that we can continue to deal with each other in the future.

Fantastic

Want to view sunrise from your bed in the morning? Love to hear the sounds of the ocean waves while sleeping? Need the beach for that fresh start of the day with jog? If your answer is yes for any of the above, this property has them all. And the host Michael, what a generous gentleman.
