Tucked away on a quiet street in Shelly Beach, you’re only a short walk to the Moffat Beach or Kings Beach scene. A perfect hub for families (and small furry friends) to enjoy the best of Caloundra.

The Space:
This home is beautifully styled, spacious and simplistic. The property stretches over 2 levels, is fully fenced and has a small grassy yard in the back for kids and pets to play. It has parking in the garage for 1 car, and an extra space in the driveway. Small dogs are welcome upon application.

FEATURES INCLUDE:
- There are 3 bedrooms (1 Master Queen bed on level 2, 1 Queen bed on level 1, and 2 King Singles on level 1) and 2 bathrooms (1 as an ensuite to the master)

Level 2
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well-equipped with a kettle, pod coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, induction cooktop, oven, along with all the cooking equipment a holiday chef could wish for. A huge amount of bench space as well as seating off the kitchen’s island.

Master bedroom (top of the house):
A plush Queen size bed with ocean views, air-conditioning, a ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe as well as private ensuite with large shower, 1 vanity sink and a toilet.

Lounge/Dining
A number of different areas to lounge and relax can be found on the top level. There is formal dining for 6 indoor as well as alfresco dining patio with seating for 6 and a 4 burner Weber Q BBQ, and a mix of both indoor and outdoor lounging.

Level 1 - Ground Floor
Bedroom 2 :
A plush Queen sized bed with split air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes for storage.

Bedroom 3:
Two King singles with built-in wardrobes, split air-conditioning. Ceiling fan, opening up to the shared bathroom with bath, shower and vanity.

Bathroom:
Full bathroom downstairs complete with bathtub and shower and laundry area with additional sink.

- All linen and towels including beach towels provided

The house is 200 meter walk to Shelly beach (dog friendly)

- Walking distance to local Coffee Shop and corner store (4 minutes)
- Maroochydore airport is a 25 minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 60 minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 20 minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World and Cinema is a 20 minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 15 minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 20 minute drive
- Noosa Heads is a 45 minute drive

Other things to note:

- Pet friendly on request, please do not bring cats.
- There is easy parking for a boat directly opposite the house
- Strictly no schoolies, under any circumstance
- Guests must be over 20 years of age. This is quiet residential neighbourhood, the home is not suitable for gatherings or parties of any kind (children can stay when be accompanied by a parent/guardian)

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the entire home during your stay. There is car parking for 1 car inside the garage, and 1 car on the left hand side of the driveway.

The Neighborhood:
This home is within walking distance to many beaches, attractions, restaurants, and cafes.
The closest beach (Shelly Beach) is 250m away (2-minute walk) and is great for swimming, walking to the dog and taking an afternoon stroll. Moffat Beach (a 15-minute stroll) is great for surfing, kite surfing or paddle boarding. Kings Beach (a 12-min walk) is a patrolled beach great for swimming, surfing and playing with the kids.
The home is central to lots of activities and attractions:
- Maroochydore airport is a 30-minute drive
- Brisbane airport is a 65-minute drive
- Australia Zoo is a 30-minute drive
- Kawana Shopping World & Cinema is a 20-minute drive
- Large new Sunshine Coast University hospital is a 10-minute drive
- Mooloolaba/ Underwater World (Sea Life) is a 30-minute drive
- Downtown Caloundra is a 5-minute drive
- A 40-minute car trip will take you to Maleny, Montville, Kondalilla Waterfalls, or Noosa National Park; the Sunshine Coast has plenty to explore!

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that service this area frequently should you need it, however the home is around a 10 minute walk to Edmund Street where bus services are available.

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*

*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
