Open plan kitchen and dining invites one onto a covered patio over looking the spacious manicured back garden. One can find a full kitchen and an espresso coffee machine. This superb home has been designed to accommodate families with a large 75inch smart TV, comfortable recliner seating for 8. Enjoy the Sony 5.1 surround sound, Weber BBQ and Wifi. Sorry no parties.

The property is not suitable for large gatherings of any description more than 8 people. We ask guests to be mindful of noise past 10pm as a courtesy to neighbours and the owners.
