Step back in time to this amazing 7 bedroom 5 and half bath classic Cape Cod home. This waterfront home comes with a deep water dock, bring your boat, or rent a boat and take a cruise over to Martha's Vineyard for the day. There's even a sandy beach area right at the waters edge.
Enter the large eat in kitchen, there's a huge center island for all your meal prep, plenty of counter space and all the amenities of home. The kitchen table faces a large window with views of the water.
Off the kitchen is a formal dining room area with a large dining room table to host everyone in your party. The living room is grande and spacious, this room is so inviting with comfy couches and separate seating areas with windows all facing the water. If you need to do a little work while your on vacation there's a separate private room off of the living room. There's a powder room off the living room/kitchen area.
There's a fabulous large sun room off the living room, this will be your favorite room in the house. Picture yourself sitting there in the morning enjoying your coffee while watching the yachts go by.
In the evening before dinner enjoy a cocktail and some hors d'oeuvres while watching the sun go down over the water.
Head up the beautiful staircase to the second floor of bedrooms. There's an elevator if you don't want to take the stairs. Each room has a name, the first room at the top of the stairs is the Slipper Shell. This room has 2 twin beds with an attached Jack and Jill bathroom with a stand alone shower. The Scallop Room is next, this room has a queen size bed. Across the hall is the Sea Star room, this room has 2 twin beds that can make into a king bed. The Sea Star room has large windows with a beautiful view of the water. Head down the hall to another full bath with a shower. The Sand Dollar room is next with 2 twin beds. The last room on this floor is the Oyster Room, this primary bedroom is a corner room with windows facing the water from both sides, there's a queen bed and an en-suite with a shower and separate tub.
The third floor has two bedrooms and two baths. The first room is called the Nautilus Room, this room has 2 twin beds and a bathroom with a shower and separate tub. The primary bedroom completes the third floor. The Moon Shell room is large with windows facing the water. The king size bed faces the fire place and the water, what an amazing view to wake up to every morning! There's a large closet in this room and a bathroom with a shower and separate tub.
Outside you'll find a enclosed shower, grill and the most gorgeous view you've ever seen! There is plenty of room on the lawn to host family gatherings, special occasions all while gazing at the yachts and boats as they go by.
