Newly Constructed Luxury Villa! As soon as you step into Kyma Luxury Villa Townhomes you will experience a brand new home with exquisite, state-of-the-art features and stunning decor throughout. Kyma Luxury Villa #2 rents any three days all season.
This magnificent town home is conveniently located at 104th Street in OC. Close to the beach and restaurants. This three bedroom, three full bath home features sleeping for your family of up to 10. The master bedroom features a king bed, bedroom 2 has a pyramid bunk bed with a trundle (double plus 2 singles), bedroom 3 features a queen bed and there is a queen sleep sofa in the living area. This home features a full kitchen, three full baths, washer and dryer, 2 assigned parking spots and WIFI.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Good stay, quick response when tv and lights were out in the bunk bed room, we stayed 3 nights so although they came by after complaint the issues weren't fixed. Pretty clean but I always clean more wherever I stay. Family loved it and we even cooked one night and didn't have to buy any cookware or utensils. Proximity to beach was amazing and one night we say fireworks from our balcony which was awesome.

Great place!

The villa was beautiful and perfectly located across the street from the beach entrance. The villa could have been a little bit cleaner and it would’ve been nice to have been a bit more stocked with household products but overall loved the place. Had a great girls weekend and would stay again!!!

OCMD getaway

Nice location, great space for a smaller group around 8. Unfortunately the place was not extremely clean. Floors were very dirty, along with walking in to dirty sheets on the floor. Overall we had a nice time but would recommend more attention to detail when cleaning the property for next guests.

A Pleasant Week Overall

Check-in was very easy, effortless even. When we arrived at the Villa, we had no trouble accessing it via the entry code. There were a few problems of note. First, when we opened the dishwasher, we found it was full of black mold. We ran the dishwasher through a cycle and that seemed to solve the problem, but we left the door of the unit partially open to avoid another mold problem. The shower door in the master bath leaked, evidently b/c the seal between the shower door and the rear glass panel was not tight, which required us to wedge a hand towel in between them. Overall, we had a good stay. The HVAC system worked very well. The beds were adequate, though the pillows on the beds were in very, very poor shape, difficult to sleep on b/c they were lumpy and way too soft. But the decor of the villa was wonderful and the amenities were as advertised.

Excellent Weekend in OC July 2023

Excellent location with close access to the public beached grocery store. Plenty of room for 6 adults. Comfortable beds... Bring extra blankets ... Place needs more attention to the cleanliness, some of kitchen drawers were greasy. Kitchen could be better stocked with larger pods and pans. Overall place is nicely decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend the rental. Smoke alarm is VERY sensitive...my family set it off when toasting bread. Check in process could improve a bit.

Nothing Luxury About It

The lack or professionalism with the customer support staff assisting their customers who mistakenly did not select the linen package to start. The place had beach pebbles all over the place including the washer machine. Noise ordinance was not under control. Our adjacent unit stayed up till 4AM singing karaoke. Overpriced with false advertising.

First time in OCMD

Booked this home as a grad gift/long weekend with our daughters & their friends. The home was very clean! Check in/out process was incredibly smooth. The house is spacious! The primary suite is not on the same floor as the kitchen (for some people that might not work well). We would suggest some type of blinds on the front door since you can see directly into the primary suite. The home is a one block walk to the beach so no car needed. You will need to take the beach bus or drive to restaurants. Acme grocery store is a short drive. There’s no full length mirror in the house which is odd and no blow dryer. Bring blankets! The house is quite chilly which is a blessing in hot weather but it’s also on a timer so raising the thermostat is a temporary change . The WiFi is very spotty so emails will come in slow & the TV will intermittently freeze & be blurry after it freezes for a few moments which was kind of annoying when watching movies late at night . The downstairs TV in the bunk bed room would not turn on & the dryer had a burning smell so we opted not to use it. The pictures online show the roof & the word “pool” in the corner, yet we do not believe there is really a pool which was disappointing. Also note that your parking spots are numbered based on the villa you are renting. Someone without a parking pass parked in one of our spots twice which forced us to pay for public parking which is down the block so be kind! Wish the villa had a keurig. Loved all the balconies!

great location, great updated house but mediocre place to stay

To check in, you have to drive about 7 minutes from the property just to get the code. (this could easily be given via email like every other home I have stayed at). When we arrived at the house, there was expired food in the cabinets and dishwasher full of dirty dishes. The property does not provide very much (bath mats, sheets, towels, soap, and more). While the whole house is beautiful and very updated, I think more should be provided for the price you pay.

Yes book it.

Photos are accurate. Condo is beautiful and just enough space for the week. Not oversized so 10 max is true. Cross the main road and one block to the beach. It took longer waiting for light to change than it did to walk to beach. Bring beach chairs! All 3 bedrooms can fit a twin air bed but it will take up the walkway next to the bed. Master is back of first floor. Shower water pressure not great in master shower but fine in all other baths. Only negative is the lack of pots/pans. One large fry pan (but no lid) and one medium pot. 2 cookie sheets. So if you’re cooking a big pot of pasta bring the pot 👍🏻 Oh and smoke detector is sensitive 😂.

Summer getaway

Pros: location, cleanliness, modern appliances and fixtures, 3 full bathrooms, 2 balconies and 1 deck. 2 parking spots. Plenty of space. Cons: a lot of flies due to no screen doors, smoke detector went off EVERY time we cooked (super super annoying), shower pressure was eh. Would’ve loved at least 1 floor length mirror in the house… Other than that, most things were a 10-15 min walk. Walk to the beach was not even 5 minutes. AC worked perfectly and WiFi as well for friends who needed to work. We feel check out should be at least 11am and check in around 2/3, but it’s not a huge deal. We were able to get in a little early. Overall, would definitely come back here.

Not happy with stay due to no basic amenities

Happy with house and all but basic amenities are necessary at least bathroom mats and hand towels. No one can bring floor mats and hand towels with them. House obviously will get messy being closer to beach. With big family we had problems getting basic stuff.
