Expansive Private Oceanfront Home with Vaulted Ceilings and Private Pool!

Fall in love with this expansive oceanfront home located on the Atlantic Ocean in beautiful Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront Resort! As you enter you are welcomed by a grand staircase and wood floors leading to the kitchen, dining and living areas.

The kitchen is wonderfully designed with custom cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Coming fully-equipped, you'll be able to cook a meal for the whole family here easily. The kitchen has bar seating for four. The dining area just off the kitchen comfortably seats eight. The living room is well-designed with comfort and beach in mind with plenty of comfortable furniture and an HDTV.

The first floor primary bedroom contains a king bed, HDTV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower and separate sunken tub. The 5th bedroom located on the first floor features two two size beds and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom includes a tiled walk-in shower.

Heading upstairs, the first guest bedroom is another king bed suite with HDTV and its own bathroom. This guest bathroom could be used as a second primary bedroom with a tiled walk-in shower, two vanities and a separate sunken tub. The next guest bedroom also has a king, HDTV and en-suite guest bathroom. This second guest bathroom has a custom granite double vanity, tiled walk-in shower and separate sunken tub. Completing the second floor is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, HDTV and an en-suite guest bathroom.

Outside you'll enjoy your own private pool complex with sweeping Atlantic Ocean views along with a private boardwalk and beach access point! The pool is large and will accommodate your whole crew with ease! There are several lounge chairs and a couple outdoor dining tables with a gas grill as well.

The pool can be heated (June 1st - October 1st) for an additional fee.

Wonderful stay on Hilton head

My family and I enjoyed our time at Hilton Head and in this vacation rental. It was clean, close to the beach, and having access to a nice neighborhood to walk around or use bikes was great. The house had plenty of space and the kitchen had pretty much everything needed to cook. We appreciates the boxes of travel/ single use toiletries as well.

Great Location - spacious Home

We love staying at Palmetto Dunes and this home has a great location on the beach. It is a quick bike ride to the pickleball facility and the general store. The house is spacious with large bedrooms which are nicely decorated and each bedroom has large bathrooms and closets. Great views from the upper deck. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the lower deck. The management company was easy to work with for check in and any needs. The main room was comfortable and The porch is screened so it can get wet with rain and the furniture can be dirty so we didn't use that room. As a rental the kitchen supplies were basic but we found what we needed for a small family.

Beautiful property but with maintenance issues

This could be the perfect property on HHI if the maintenance was up to date. During our five day stay there were 20 electrical outlets upstairs alone (and even more on the main level) that did not work. This is clearly a known issue because most of them were taped over. The morning we checked out the electrician arrived early and let himself in with the door code while we were still there. Clearly a security concern. Overall beautiful home but needs an improved property management company.

Great Views but home needs a little TLC

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful and in overall good condition. The views are amazing and the convenience to just walk to the beach from the backyard is what we were looking for on our trip. The outdoor furniture need cleaning as did the entire exterior of the property. The screened in porch was not used due to it being so dirty. Random pile of stuff in the corner made it seem like no one had been there in a while. On the inside, the furniture was fine but some of the mechanics were off. One of the sliding doors hard to open, oven top heating was not working well. The stove top had one of the burners acting up. The bathroom upstairs we had a hard time getting the shower to work. The carpets stained and floors overall were not very clean. Nothing there to clean floors with. Broom was broken and no vacuum was found.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Generally speaking we liked the house. That being said for the $ it was lacking in several areas and has felt the wear and tear that most rental houses we have stayed in offer. Unfortunately our fridge broke during the stay and spoiled all of the stuff in our freezer. Palmetto Dunes offered us a $40 credit which was equally disappointing for the inconvenience and the loss of groceries. We had to call numerous times to get the issue dealt with as none of their staff and vendors seemed to communicate with one another. All that being said the views were incredible and it is very quiet and peaceful which is what we were looking for. If you are ok paying 4 Seasons prices to get Hilton quality and service then it will work just fine. I think we will take our chances on another property for the $ next year. At a lower price point it would be perfectly great.
