The 4-bedroom property has a spa pool and a tennis court, making this a great option for active families. It is also situated close to lake access, meaning a cool dip in the lake is never far away (in summer OR winter!)

Mt Gold Retreat is a great property for families or groups of friends, as there is plenty of space to spread out. There are two living areas - the main one with the open plan living area, while a second offers the kids/teenagers space to hide away & watch a movie.

There are 4 bedrooms - the master, a king room, has its own walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite with tiled shower.

The second bedroom is a queen room, also spacious, with an ensuite with tiled shower.

The third and fourth bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a bath tub and tiled shower. One of these rooms is a queen room, while the other can be either a super king or a twin room, depending on what is required.

There is a gas fireplace in the main living area, as well as two heat pumps offering heating or cooling. There is also a heat pump in the entranceway and in the master bedroom. Panel heaters offer warmth in the other bedrooms.

The second living area has a log burner, with firewood provided.

The large double garage downstairs can be used to park or for storage of boats, ski gear, bikes etc. There is also adequate driveway space for parking.

Guests have access to the entire house & gardens. You can park in the double garage or on the driveway.
Use of outdoor areas is prohibited between the hours of 10pm and 7am, according to Queenstown Lakes District Council resource consent regulations.
