9B Mariners Walk, Wild Dunes

This spacious and updated one-bedroom, one and half bath villa is perfect for your stay on Isle of Palms. Located in the Mariner's Walk complex within the Wild Dunes resort, this unit is steps away from the pool and a two minute walk from the beach.This condo offers an open layout on two floors for extra privacy with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs and living room and dining areas downstairs. The bathroom has dual access from both the bedroom and hallway and the downstairs sofa offers additional sleeping on a queen memory foam pullout. Downstairs there is an additional half bath. The villa's screened-in patio includes a table and chairs where you can enjoy the ocean breeze while sipping coffee or dining al fresco. The renovated pool for Mariner's Walk has ample space where you can spread out and relax when not feeling the sand in between your toes!



Local partners provide rentals for beach chairs and bicycles.

From Memorial Day to Labor Day there are 7-night minimum stays, Saturday check-in and outs.

Property offers a freshly laundered duvet covers for every guest.

Bed linens and bath towels are provided, as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, body wash and soap), dish soap, dishwasher tabs, a sponge, toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels.

Beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

**Please Note: This property DOES NOT have access to the Wild Dunes Resort pools. It does have access to the Mariners Walk Community Pool**

The reservation/administration fee is nonrefundable. We do not give refunds for weather related trip interruptions this includes hurricanes please ask about insurance to cover such events. (MUST BE AT LEAST 26 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).

Great place to spend a week on the beach and seeing the interesting city of Charleston. Very clean and everything you need in the kitchen. The only thing that would've been nice is a heated pool.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had all kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils Easy access to the pool and beach. Easy parking. My only complaint is the firmness of the mattress. Otherwise everything was great!
