Welcoming Tiny ON cottage, close to the beach

Welcome to our cottage.

The quiet neighbourhood, sandy beaches, and short drive to amenities make this an ideal escape from the city.

5 min walk to Bay access, 8 min walk to Edmore beach, 15 min drive to Wasaga Beach + Elmvale, 30 min drive to Snow Valley + Horseshoe Valley, 45 min drive to Blue Mountain.


Some house rules:
No parties, No smoking / vaping, No pets, Quiet hours from 10pm - 8am, Only registered guests are allowed.

The total number of registered guests must be confirmed prior to booking. All registered guests will be required to fill in the Tiny Township code of conduct, which will be sent electronically after booking.

We have a number of smart devices at the property for security and convenience. Here are some of our devices: smart lock (custom lock codes for the front door), Nest Protect (smoke and carbon monoxide alerting), Chromecast (includes property netflix account) and Minut (recommended noise, temperature, security and party prevention device from AirBNB https://www.airbnb.ca/d/partyprevention). All devices have privacy as a core focus. On the exterior of the building, we have a few standard security cameras and a video doorbell pointing away from the building.

Bookings between April 15 and October 15 are no less than 6 consecutive days and bookings between October 16 and April 14 are no more than 1 rental in a six-day period.

Great location a few minutes walk to the beach, plenty of space for our family. Everything as described, host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Our family vacation in Tiny

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the house the beds and pillows were very comfortable and the house and beach were very kid freindly .Olso a big thankyou to Eric for the beach pails and shovels for the Grandkids to use

Nice big cottage, short walk to the water

This was our first stay here and we liked it very much. The location is great with just a 5 minute walk to a lovely wide, sandy beach on Georgian Bay. The cottage is comfortable and well stocked. The backyard is lovely and totally private. We set up a badminton net and enjoyed a couple of evenings around the fire pit. The living room has comfy furniture and a nice big screen tv. Edmore Beach is just a short walk away and it’s lovely, sandy and wide. Thank you to our hosts for providing a coffee grinder at the last minute. Only one suggestion, it would have been nice to have a reading light in our bedroom. We’d love to come back next summer. Thank you

Great get away

Eric was a very good host, answered my questions fast. The gift and note were a very nice surprise. The cottage was very well stocked which makes a big difference when you arrive and forget something at home. Everything was clean except the fan in the livingroom and fridge could be better cleaned. There were 9 of us and had no problems with space. The property is very well kept. Walk to beach was okay except when you have little ones and have a lot of items to take with you. We drove and dropped off kids and beach items and one person drove back. The vacation was very nice and Eric did a good job. The one thing that we didnt enjoy was the very hard matress in the basement. We all tried sleeping on it and ended up on the couch. Thank you Eric.
