Loved the area, was quiet. Property was nice, good parking, property management needs to do better about unit cleaning. Won't go into details but did talk to property management. Unit itself had everything as described. Was comfortable and a good size for our group of 10. We may rebook.

Enjoyed the stay. Nice unit to stay in. Beds could use some slats under them for support. Pool could have used some cleaning at some point in the week. Having said that we would stay again.

Awesome place for a beach vacation! The condo had everything we needed - it was so well decorated and looks to be recently updated! The views from the balcony were so beautiful especially the sunrise! We loved having a beachfront condo and loved leaving our balcony door open at night to hear the sound of the ocean! The condo kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to stay in and cook a few nights. The location was great and there were a lot of good eating places close by! We loved our stay and will definitely book another vacation using this condo!

Our stay was wonderful. Some of the furniture is a bit dated and needs replacing. Also all the commodes were too low. They were more like commodes for children. It was hard to get to the washing machine and retrieve your clothing. If you are short you are going to have a problem. Other than that everything was wonderful. The view was stupendous. Plenty of room and fully equipped.

HORRIBLE

This had to be one of the nastiest places I've ever rented. I wish it would allow pictures, but it was just plain dirty. Since we had to provide our own bedding we had to pull the beds out from the wall to do so. Once we did...OMG...there was feces (hopefully from an animal and not a human) behind the headboard, food from the last guest behind the bed in the kid's room and the floors had sand and dirt from not being vacuumed. The kitchen was so disgusting I refused to cook in it and the refrigerators were old and rusted with brown residue leaking inside of both. We used our cooler instead. We called Elliott Rentals and waited 30 mins on hold to report the issue! They sent one poor lady over to clean the entire unit again. Welp, she forgot to clean the poop and was rushing to half clean everything else. I ended up going the store and purchasing cleaning items to clean the areas. The sofa and mattresses had bad stains! The location and view were spectacular!! This place just needs a serious face-lift and some deep cleaning!! To top it all off, they had a nerve to charge me additional "cleaning" fee after I did all of the cleaning!!

Thank you, Erica, for the review and honest feedback. Please know we are working hard to resolve all the issues you listed above. The conditions in which you found your rental is not our normal standard. I hope you will give us a chance to make things right. Update: This property has been completely remodeled and is spectacular! I hope you will allow this homeowner another chance to host your visit to our beautiful area.
