Views that will amaze

It was an incredible stay in a great place. We loved it. The place was clean and the amenities were excellent. There are a lot of stairs, but the views are well worth it.

Great location, close to everything. A beautiful home, super clean and with everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Amazing views from the balconies, photos don't do it justice! The host is great, very approachable, responsive and friendly. Great stay, would love to go back.

Great weekend getaway

Owners were great with communication and checked on us first day to make sure all ok. Beautiful property with everything you need. Highly recommend. Only point to note is lots of stairs. May not suit young kids or elderly

Luxurious little girls trip

Absolutely perfect stay here. Would highly recommend this property. The views were spectacular even though mother nature wasn’t kind it didn’t matter. A very well equipped kitchen and beautiful comfortable beds. Our host was great with communication and very hospitable. Thankyou Ash We can’t wait to come back. On a sidenote not suitable for those with knee problems.

Spectacular views.

We stayed as a group of 3 couples. Plenty of space to move around. Chefs kitchen with everything a chef would ever need .Beautifully decorated, nice furniture and comfy beds. The large balcony at the front of the property was a great space to relax and enjoy the views with a wine in hand .Truly a luxury property with views of the mountains , the sea and sunsets .

Beautiful house in a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay in this amazing property! The house is in a great location and has beautiful views of Kiama. We really loved that cafes, restaurants and the beach, were all within walking distance. We also really enjoyed just relaxing around the house. The house was very modern and clean, and had everything that we needed. The beds were also super comfortable. Ash was so easy to communicate with, and he really went above and beyond to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely stay at this amazing property again next time we are in Kiama.

Beautiful Kiama

Luxury Horizons exceeded my expectations by far. The views were amazing and everything inside the house was truly luxurious. I am so glad we paid a little extra and got quality. Ash was a perfect host and great communicator. It was hard to leave. Highly recommended and I will be back again for sure. Oh and the brand new pinball machine was a wonderful surprise too

Just perfect

This home was simply perfect for my family of adults. Amazing views to wake up to. Immaculately clean and great attention to detail. The bathrooms had good quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner. All furnishings were in excellent condition. The beds were really comfortable with good quality quilts and pillows. We'd love to stay here again for longer as we only got to stay one night. I highly recommended this property. The only downfall for someone would be it has lots of stares between each floor but it didn't bother my family. Excellent, immediate communication with the owner.

Beautiful views

The house matches (if not exceeds) the photos, being both clean and modern. It is perched about a 10-15 minute walk (3min drive) back from main streets of Kiama and provides you with amazing views of the area and ocean from its two balconies. Ashley is a great host who clearly communicated and met all our needs during our stay. Within the house all necessary items (towels, utensils, boardgames, wifi etc..) were provided, making for a hassle free stay. The 80's arcade machine was a novel feature and made for some retro gaming fun. The location is in proximity to an array of great places to eat and the local Coastal Walk provided 20km's of beautiful coastline to explore with blowholes and excellent photography and birdwatching opportunities. It was a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the area.

We have used Stayz many times in the last 10 years and this house had to be the best by far.From the very comfortable beds to the very well equipped kitchen through to the modern bathrooms everything you could ever need was available.The laundry area was excellent and included all the cleaning agents needed. Entertainment was provided in the choice of board games,large screen tv and arcade game console which was a big hit with young and old The only possible downside is the number of stairs in the 3 tier building which did not affect us.However the multi level style led to amazing views of Kiama and further afield. The lock up drive in garage is a bonus but the parking style of the neighbours across the street left little room for error . .Overall we would definitely return when in the area again.Congratulations Ashely on a 5 star property.

Great place!

We were very impressed with the many little thoughtful touches this property has which offers practicality, convenience, awesome views and the utmost comfort and choice in bedding. There are quite a few steps (good for working off the abundance of food we enjoyed) and the owner was a pleasure to communicate with. Initial property access was so easy (a pleasant surprise after some we have tried to access). We were very impressed with this property and would highly recommend.

Four males stayed over the weekend for a Skydiving trip. The house is modern, beautifully renovated and has stunning views from main bedroom and living room. Would recommend this to anyone and we'll probably stay again.

AMAZING GETAWAY

This was my first time booking through Stayz and it was a great experience. Ash was excellent with communication, even checking in with me over the weekend to see that everything was going ok. He has provided a beautiful place to stay and was presented exactly how it is described. It really felt like a home with all the creature comforts you could ask for. The boys really loved the arcade machine! Thank you again Ash for an awesome weekend and I will definitely be booking this property again!

Why they chose this property

I looked to buy a place that had all the modern conveniences, including super fast internet, so that people could have a sea change break and or take a work from home (away) holiday. I spent more on setup than most hosts and created the kind of place I want to hoiday in. Great beds and linen, nice furniture and glassware etc.

Kiama itself is a gorgeous little seaside town with beaches, restaurants, cafe's, scenic walks, clubs and pubs as well as the blow holes and nearby golf courses.
