loved staying down by the water but the stairs were a killer. we are both in our 70's and have bad knees.

Enjoyed being close to the water to view the boat traffic. Walking distance to a few restaurants & shops. Beautiful walking trail by the water. A great view of the London Bridge lit up at night. The bedrooms & bathrooms were accommodating especially the dual sinks in each bathroom. Definitely would rent again when in Lake Havasu.

Best location ground floor.

Host was very fast with responding to our approved early check in request. As well as late check out they even offered us to stay later as no one was checking in that day. AC worked great, location was prime! Already booked for next year!

Out of all the condo listings I checked before booking, this was the nicest. The pictures make it look beautiful and when we stayed, the real deal did not disappoint!! The condo is neat and clean. The decor and furniture is stylish , nice and on point! The beds were inviting and comfortable. The view and location (literally toes in sand) was amazing. Would stay there again!!

Best Time of the Year!

Communication with Rikki/property manager was EXCELLENT! Check in was super easy. Property is cute as a button. Description/location is exactly what is described. A little TLC in the bathrooms couldn't hurt but by no means was it dirty. Will 100% book again for this property.

Favorite location, very nice condo

These condos are my family's favorite. Being on the bottom floor this time was even better. The quality of linens, towels and having all the kitchen supplies is important to me. Everything we needed was there. The condo was very clean, roomy and had nice furniture. The washer and dryer was helpful too. We will definitely be back.

Refreshing getaway

Very nice unit. Prime location. Private beach was awesome. The only cons were there were no trash bags, and fridge wasn’t very cold. Also, the bbq was out of order, which we weren’t prepared for, as we brought steaks and burgers to grill. But overall, this property is great. We had a blast, and would definitely return.

Beautiful condo on the water

Wonderful location...right on the water. The condo has 2 master suites, roomy living room, and well equiped kitchen. Secure parking. One bathroom needs some attention for water damage. Because it's on the ground floor, you'll need to carry supplies down about 3 floors. There's also a ramp.

Location is a 10 Loved that there are nightlights in both bedrooms You don't get the gate key until you get into the condo, so you have to hope someone lets you in the gate. Wish it had luggage racks & face cloths & hand towels & that cleaning was a little more detailed

Nice Place on the water

The condo was clean and the view is amazing. My main problem was the kitchen was poorly stocked with cooking and eating utensils. I guess they assume you are eating out every meal. The decor is a little dated and hadn’t seen carpet in the bathroom in years. Check out request is ridiculous. Not sure why the cleaning fee is so expensive when they ask gets to do part of the work.

After reading your review, the homeowner wanted to address the following points:- Our kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, coffee, and spices. We strive to ensure guests have everything needed to prepare meals.- The carpets are regularly cleaned and maintained to keep the property fresh and comfortable for our guests.- As is standard for vacation rentals, guests are asked to complete a few small tasks, like removing their trash, as part of checkout. The cleaning fee goes to a professional service that sanitizes and prepares the home for each new guest.Thank you once again for sharing your feedback.

Fantastic

Stayed 2 nights in early March. Location was perfect- short walk to restaurants and shops and bridge. Nice to be able to sit out at night a watch the bridge's colors change. Place was super clean, had everything you wanted. People walk by the place on the walking path, but it did not bother us. very quiet location. Used the private patio to lay in the sun during the day. Would stay there again for sure! Only surprise was that there is no elevator from the parking garage to the bottom floor. Have to walk down 20 steps which was hard for my elderly Mother, but she did ok.

No a/c and still haven’t been compensated

When we arrived the “new a/c unit” was not yet installed and the room was almost 90 degrees. They were working on installing late into the night and needed a new coil. Rikki was amazing at finding us an upstairs unit for the night. They didn’t have the repairs done until the next day late afternoon downstairs where we booked. It was 115 outside and inside it was extemely hot and only cooled 4 degrees an hour. We were told the owner would be reaching out and it’s been over a week and crickets!! No follow up, no sorry, no here’s money back… having to move four times in that heat was unbearable and ruined our only family getaway. If it werent for Rikkis constant contact and work to help us there would be no stars at all.

Due to the delay on our side, you were not aware of the refund that was requested by the owner and their guest contact until after you submitted this review. We're very sorry for the confusion and inconvenience this caused between your checkout date and the date the refund was confirmed and processed on August 11th. We want to take full responsibility for our role in the communication delay that led to the guests not being informed about their refund in a timely manner. -We want you to know that we take guest feedback to heart, and we carefully examine each case to ensure a fair resolution. After thoroughly reviewing, we believe that refunding half of your stay was a generous gesture on the owner's part to make things right. We apologize once again for the inconvenience.
