A comfortable, quiet condo unit in a gated community with lots of amenities. Close to Sabino recreation area and a short bike ride down to The Loop.

Great Unit

Enjoyed our stay, close to Sabino Canyon, parking next to unit. Complete Kitchen. Across from pool. Lots of towels. Hope to return again next year!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice accommodation, everything clean, in good shape and working order. The nearby pickelball court and basketball hoop can get a little noisy, but it wasn't so loud as to keep me up at night. Also, the disinfectant smell inside from cleaning was quite strong the first few days, but it fortunately dissipated. No other issues during my 5 week stay. Friendly neighbors, ample parking, and mgmt was professional and responsive to any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again.

The Ventana vista community was very welcoming and we made new friends quickly. Especially with other dog owners. The only drawbacks were that the condo gets no passive solar heat so you’ll have run the furnace more than expected- bring a light down coat for inside. Also the refrigerator is quite noisy we renamed it Darth Vader. But it worked just fine

Great location, amazing view with access to everything. Manager of the property was the real MVP as she helped me out in a difficult situation. I can't say enough good things about her. Highly recommend!

Overall a good stay

Great location. Decent partial mountain views from the porch and kitchen window. A few issues were quickly addressed with the host management company. Bed was comfortable. Used our own pillows. Water pressure was ok. Kitchen could use a few more pans and mixing bowls. Unit only had salt & pepper as far as condiments/seasonings go. Water filter needed replaced. Light was not red after management company sent someone to the unit. No one clarified whether the filter had been changed so drank our own water. Dishes were found in the dishwasher on our arrival with no additional dishwasher detergent. The unit could use throw rugs for the cold hard floors. Neighborhood amenities were nice and convenient. Overall we would stay again.

Location, location, location!

Description of property was very accurate as the kitchen was “tight” but it works. Having the pool and hot tub right across the parking lot was great! We also chose this location for the short drive to several National Parks. Shopping is also a short drive away.

Perfect Location

Right in the heart of Sabino Canyon. Close to hiking trails, Mt Lemon, numerous canyon trails, restaurants, shopping centers, City of Tucson. Nice area. Not a run down, worn rental like so many in the valley. Only negative, return reservations are hard to secure because demand for the area is high. .

Great bed, small kitchen

The bedroom is wonderful: nice firm king size bed, and tons of storage space. Bathroom is great, with lots of storage and extra linens - which we never needed. Washer and dryer worked well. The kitchen is small, although well-equipped. If two people are trying to prepare a meal, they will bump into each other. Living room couch is good, and TV worked well. Internet was fine. The only table is a high-top, and we kept our laptop computers there, so that left the counter for eating. It is not really designed for that, since there isn't enough room for your knees underneath the counter. If you are the sort of visitor that eats out a lot, or if only one person does the cooking, it would be fine. Very convenient for hiking at Sabino Canyon. We went biking every day on the Loop Trail.
