The open-plan living and dining area flows seamlessly to a covered outdoor tiled deck where ocean, creek and hinterland views provide the perfect backdrop for morning coffee, long lunches and evening BBQs. Upstairs and downstairs living areas mean adults and kids can each have their own space - with smart tvs in both. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances including a coffee machine.

With four generous bedrooms, three bathrooms, a rumpus room, and a table tennis table, there's room to move and things to do - even on a rainy day. The double garage provides secure parking and storage and an outdoor shower is perfect after beach walks or surf sessions.

House in great nick except for a few windows that we couldn't open and were needed for airflow especially in bathrooms and bedrooms - downstairs bunkroom could have a better fan as 1 window couldn't be opened.

Comfy beds, good fans and great balcony. The kids LOVED the table tennis table too. We did love this house. Only suggestions: More thongs (sounds silly but 1 pair just isnt enough!!), and a bigger doona on the main bed.....you dont know what you dont know so hopefully that helps :). Would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday and a clean, modern, lovely house.

It's a huge home with all the amenities you need. Beautiful views of town and the ocean, and only a short walk to the shops, beach etc. We had a very comfortable relaxed stay.
