No separate Bedroom. Wall bed in main space.
Everything you need is included.
*Appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. (Although most guests will order in, the condo is fully equipped)
*Outdoor terrace + Spa with superb views (Summer)
*Indoor Pool overlooking downtown.
*Common Areas: Wine Bar, Games Room, Fitness Room.
*Luxurious Art Deco lobby with four-storey atrium.
*Safe building with surveillance cameras and magnetic doors.
*Transportation: Lucien-L'Allier metro station, train to the west of the island and the South Shore, VIA Rail station and Windsor station, direct access to the future REM. Proximity to Highway 720, Highway 10 and Highway 15 (Décarie).
*Interior access to Bell Center, subway station, train and underground city.
*Walk Score of 98 (Walkers Paradise).
*FREE Access to Bikes on site (Inquire if needed)
*I own all the units I list. Extensive investment and thought process has gone into each unit to make sure your stay will be comfortable, practical and memorable.
Guest access:
You can have up to 4 guests in all common areas such as game room, pool, terrace, skyounge... Free WIFI in all common areas and you can work from all common areas which is what most people do. You do not need a membership for the gym, it is also included. All amenities are open at the moment with no restrictions, however if covid gets out of control they may have restrictions such as only 4 people in the pool at one time... Parking is available but not included. Locker is a must and is included. Bikes are also included (summertime). If you are a hockey fan, you can have tickets (a pair) at the face value ($) 1st dibs for every game. Thank you.

Everything is included in the rent price such as power, water, heat, internet (fiber), Netflix, Disney plus. We have have a chrome cast for casting from your phone. Also available is a clock, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, first aid kit... everything you need is there. You can have up to 4 guests in all common areas such as game room, pool, terrace, skyounge... Free WIFI in all common areas and you can work from all common areas which is what most people do. You do not need a membership for the gym, it is also included. All amenities are open at the moment with no restrictions, however if covid gets out of control they may have restrictions such as only 4 people in the pool at one time... Parking is available but not included. Locker is a must and is included. Bikes are also available and included.
If you do not cook, all food carrier services are available such as Skip, doordash, uber eats and they come everyday. If you cook, I have a full kitchen.
Also if you are a hockey fan, you can have a pair of tickets at the face value ($) 1st dibs for every game.
The place is also brand new, 2019 construction and first occupancy was in January 2021. Thank you.
