Enjoyed our stay very much! Was perfect for what we needed. Cute and well appointed. The location is just outside of town enough to make you feel like you’re in the country. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop while looking at the stars!
WORST STAY IN WACO & we’ve visited lots!!!*Not ready for check in at 4, cleaners were still cleaning at 4:40.*Cleaning was very rushed, floor still wet & cleaning not complete. *several roaches*small bugs in the shower*no coffee cups or any cups*cracked tile floor, cut foot*septic right outside the window*no parking, area is way too crowded leaving no privacy*horrible communication with hostDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We will never stay here again!
Tiny home was clean and amenities were as expected. Unit could use some general maintenance to bring it up to 5 stars. Adding a unique property marker at the street would be helpful to identify the driveway entrance, especially in the dark. Communication was great. Just about a 10 minute drive from Downtown Waco in a quiet spot.
We stayed in a 20ft shipping container and it was amazing! Everything we could possibly need was provided. We will definitely recommend!!!

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
The host was very kind & responsive. The actual facility was not so much. I am sure when it was 1st built (as pictured) it was amazing. The upkeep is lacking, the cleanliness was poor. We left a day early because we couldn't stay another night.
